I inquired via the phone about snap on veneers. I asked questions and was assured I would be happy with the product. I went through the process as expected. they made several impressions and veneers
the first set of veneers they made should never have left the lab they were so bad and when I called to return them the customer service person on the phone even commented to me that she was surprised they sent them to me as they didn't look good to her.
Had more impressions made (2 or 3 more). Didnt fit, then looked like horse teeth on me, then fit okay but still looked awful--not teeth that I would want to show anyone. So not much of a beautiful smile!?
I called and asked to speak to the comptroller about getting a refund as this would never work for me. My current teeth were too uneven, etc and I could tell that no matter how many sets of veneers they made it would not be a natural beautiful smile.
Even the comptroller at that time agreed and said they were implementing new procedures to screen out people like me. She said she felt I could get a refund (probably only a partial refund) and she would submit my case. I was denied but had the option to resubmit and askEd that she do that and she said she would. I waited a couple of months and when I didn't hear back I called only to find out that she no longer worked there and my case had never been resubmitted.
I spoke with the new comptroller and she said she would resubmit. She did-- got denied then resubmitted and got denied again.
She said they could make another set of veneers and keep trying. I knew the product well enough by this time that I didn't believe they could make a set for me. She then said she would check with the lab people to see what they thought.
I never heard back. In fact their customer response was awful. I would ask them to call me or email me the status etc during each submission. Rarely did they contact me. I would always have to call and/or email them several times to get to speak with someone.
I feel this company is a big rip off for people like me. They should know that not everyone is a good candidate And make a provision for refunding. Sure they work for some people but there are a lot of people they don't work for.

i ordered some teeth veneers from a company called Brighter Image lab where they claim they can create you a new smile by sending you impression kit where you take impression of you teeth and send back to them, the teeth are very expensive so i chose the financing option which is even more expensive, just for my top arch. After waiting almost 2 months on them to make the product they have been debiting my account from the moment i signed up but never had the product, after finally receiving the product it didn't fit in my mouth the material was made of cheap plastic and they are charging me 1700.00 through financing 29.95 a week. the advertising is fake and they are just ripping people off, i wish i had read the reviews of the scam that they are running and the guy Bill the president of the company needs to be shut down he is making a fortune off of poor people who can't afford the dentist. they say you put a down payment of 149.00 and then took 195.00 which was not in the financing for security deposit plus the 29.95 weekly and send you some bulky plastic teeth that stick out of your mouth you can't even close your mouth let alone talk with or eat with them all the thing they said you can do. when i tried to cancel they said will just send you another impression kit and fix are mistake you can't cancel, a Big ripoff and i want my money back and for them to stop debiting my bank account.

On Nov 30, 2015 , I received a box with the pressonvener warranty card and it ONLY INCLUDED 2 ARCHES 1 FOR TOP AND 1 FOR BOTTOM. then , I thought they will deliver my duplicate arches later. THEY ARE NOT EVEN AS THE ADVERTISENT AND VIDEO ON YOUTUBE. They paid people for doing that stuff on YouTube . Have to do 6 impressions and still get the loose arches. They say put a little gel into arch to keep it tight and it does not work. They hurts my enamel badly and can't eat with them. After waiting for a long time, I STILLL DO NOT RECEIVE MY DILPLICATE ARCHES. I respond to them that I don't receive my DILPLICATE and I want my refund , I can't wait anymore . THEY PRETEND TO ANSWER ME for 2 days. THEN I HAVE TO WARN THEM THAT I WILL OPEN MY DISPUTE. Then they repond to me that they can remake the DILPLICATE arches but they shipped my duplicate arches on NOV 30,2015. They can't cancel my order and give me a refund. THEY ARE LIARS. I ordered veneers on this site, paid $1,296 for upper & lower arch.
When i received veneers, the back/inner side is cut by half, that's the technology they use(so i was told). It scratches the tong, it's like having mouth full of cracked teeth, impossible to talk, totally useless.
Also when i was placing order, the conversation i had with the company representative was about full arch, top & buttom, instead i received only front 8 teeth, not to mention the aesthetics( it looks like horse teeth, didn't fit at all!)
The phone communication with the customer service was nothing but stress & frustration: they were rude, short temperred, i had one lady practically hanging up on me in the middle of the sentense, when i was trying to explain the issue that i had!
If anybody wants to order veneers from this company, please think again!
After 4 impression that they send me none of the veneer fit my teeth, they are so unhelpful, The woman from accounting is too Rude, when I called her she never talk to me seriously she just making jock and laughing she is the worst customer service that I ever seen when I ask them for my refund they just kill the time and waste my money, They never reply my emails, Heather told me I never get your emails but after I put my reviews in youtube she change her bad attitude and reply my emails however she is so unhelpful, I'm sorry for my self that I order from this Trash company, They are Scam, Please never order from this company, their veneer like a recycled plastic, it is so cheap!
