These are the same people as branded logo designs Trying to be sneaky and use multiple names), so here's my review of them...

Please please please do not do business with these people. And i use the word "people" very lightly.

They are rip offs who only want your money and refuse to not only do your projects, they keep trying to sell you other projects and then refuse to also take your name off of any email and phone lists, regardless of us cann-spam act laws. Oh, wait, they're not really in the usa, so it doesn't really matter, does it?

My story - i totally fell for their logos and reviews on their site Of course they're good there! but check better business bureau, the outscam, anywhere else, you'll see these people are complete sheisters)

Over two years ago... They did my logo After much back and forth because their english wasn't good enough and they generally didn't pay attention to my comments when i sent them in) and, even though it took much longer than expected Almost 6 months) it turned out pretty good.

They offered to take that and make collateral Biz cards, letterhead, etc) from it and i thought why not.

Here's why not:

They are not honest at all. They hire whomever I'm guessing they're based in india based on accents) and then these people do horrible work. I went back and forth back and forth even adding arrows and respellings and and and to their artwork and they still did not understand. How can a company specializing in web-based design not understand that emails don't use capital letters?

They do not respond to emails because they keep either firing their "project managers" or they quit. I've had so many emails go for weeks not being responded to and when i call in Because you know they're not going to tell you... They want you to spend months not hearing from them... See below) they inform me that the person has left.

Then, if you don't have contact via their portal I.E. Not through email, which is through their own company!!) within a couple of months they refuse to acknowledge that you ever sent anything and try to charge you an extra fee to "restart" your account - anywhere from 50-100 bucks per time. The thing is - you've emailed many times and the project manager emailed back at some point so you know the company got the emails!!!

When you finally resolve that you're never going to get your projects from these hacks, they continue to hound you with emails and phone calls.

Then to top it off, when you call again to say take my name off of your lists, they say they "don't have a list" and that you are lying. Yes, he literally said i was lying.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted that these "people" Read: miscreants) are still in business. I guess there are a lot of idiots Myself included) that fall for them.

Please do not be as stupid as i was.

I would not recommend anyone that is looking for good customer service to go to branded logo designs. When I signed up with them in march 2016 I spoke to the marketing supervisor Carlos he made it seem like he was going to make all my wishes come true with my logo which cost me 250.00 he a signed Alex to the job it turned out good with with a little back and forth so Carlos convince me to pay for a website that cost me 1700.00 and the website still not completed and now its November 16. well that's because Alex is no longer working on my project now its Justin and not to mention I also order a 3D animation vmoneywhich they were charging me 5000,00 for it but I did a payment plan July 1000,00 August 500.00 September 500.00 . they could not beat the deadline for my big presentation for the hospital. so I told the I'm not satisfied and I won't my money back but they kept trying to convince me they going to have it ready for me just be patient. but they are not taking into consideration that I have lost money because of their delays. Now they want to play wito my money the total the supposed to pay me back is 2,000.00 get now its hard to get my money back they are making up every excuse to delay my money from hitting my account.

on November 5 2016 1000.00 was supposed to be deposit into my account and now here comes the excuses first it was "you don't know the back policy this don't have nothing to do with us and this was said on November 8" I'm like wait a minute don't tell me about the policy of my bank because I'm with chase bank and that's a nationwide back its everywheinstic could walk to the Conner and you will see one" but let's get back to the situation .I talked to sam from the billing department and he telling me that my monSyenthia to be in my account on November 15 in the of 1,000.00 +500.00= 1500.00 from the 1000,00 was supposed to be paid on November 5 and 500.00 on November 15 and now its November 16

. Well on November 21 I supposed to receive another 500.00 which equal out to be 2,000.00. I have a business to run and kids to take care of!!! I just want to know why they think they can play with my money as if I'm I have millions in my account to be waiting on them as they will say be patient but let me tell you what make me so upset is when Carlos can open up his mouth and say you didn't want to talk to be you wanted to talk to the billing department so basically that's why I have not gotten my money. so that's what I get and then had the nerves to say to the one cancel the 3D animation video. I said you know the reason why I cancel because you and your team could not handle the task and I should not be blame because I want my money back!! Do your job and you would have these kinds of out come.

The upsetting part about this is the one that was working on my 3D video ninstic Syenthia when she was sharing screens with me I seen her emails it was one particular email said " hey I paid you guys all this money and I understand why is it a gap in the time frame that the work supposed to be done!! All I could is shake my head and I just like put my money back into my account. Will be calling them again today November 16/2016 at 12.00pm eastern time. I'm going talk to Carlo's, Justin and Sam if it don't goes my way I will put in a petition for a loss suite for the time I lost and my 2000,00 that were never paid and I give this promise to myself as being a business owner I will not deal with people that is not local. I'm sure its other business owners feel the same way but never again.

I was in the market for logo and web design services when I happened to receive an email solicitation from Branded Logo Designs. The email appeared professional / legitimate so I visited their website which also appeared legitimate. The website offers a variety of packages for logo and website design.

While on their website, an instant chat box popped up and I began communicating with a sales person named "Mark J. Cooper" about my needs. Mark sent me a variety of websites they had supposedly designed and confirmed which package would work for a similar logo and website.

He even offered me a drastically reduced price ($699 instead of $999) to sign up immediately for the package that fit my needs. Mark sent me an email confirming the cost and all the things included in my package, including the 30 day money back guarantee. Everything looked and sounded good so I accepted and gave him my credit card info on the phone.

On 9/30/2016 my card was charged $699.00 by "Logo Bench".

On 10/3/2016 I received an email from "Mathew Wilson, account manager" that the first round of sample logos were ready. They were very generic, nothing like their marketing examples, which made me realize I was not dealing with a professional company.

On 10/11/2016 I called the number in Mathew's email, 510-280-7645, and spoke with him to cancel and request a refund. I told him I was not happy with the service and wanted a refund. He tried to pressure me to give them another chance but I told him I was going with a local company and the decision was final. He said I'd get an email within 2 hours and a refund in 20 days. I them emailed Mathew to confirm and memorialize my cancellation and refund request.

On 10/12/2016 I received an email from Mathew that I would be contacted by their "support team" tomorrow.

On 10/21/2016 I emailed "Mathew" and "Mark" and "Sales" that I had still not recieved confirmation of my cancellation and refund requests. I received the following response from Mathew: "Your money will be refunded in to your account by 31st. Confirmation of transaction ID will be sent via email." I never received a refund or email.

On 11/8/2016 I emailed "Mathew", "Mark", and "Sales" to check on refund. I received the following response from Mathew: "I just confirmed from the billing department. It was delayed due to some issues with our merchant account money will be refunded within this week."

This feels like a scheme to prevent one from being able to file a dispute with their credit card company. So I called mine and they said I should file a dispute. So I did. And am filing this report also.

This company is running a scam. Buyer beware!
