This site is a complete rip off. If you win money they will hold onto it till you are forced to cancel your withdrawal request. They do this because they know you will most likely bet again with your funds. It is said withdrawal using bitcoin is the fastest method, which takes 15 mins after a 24-48 hour review.

This is a complete lie. It has been several weeks and they continue to say it is under review. DO NOT bet using this site, there are other legit sites that release your money when requested. You will be scammed and dissapointed, trust me.

Bovada had a prop bet posted for Super Bowl LI "will Luke Bryan wear blue jeans?" Bettors had to risk 300 to win 100. I bet yes and he performed in dark, blue jeans and Bovada paid the wager. Early this morning their Sports Book manager decided he wore black jeans instead of blue and marked the wager as a loss and withdrew the money from my account. There is a literal mountain of photographic evidence to the contrary but they won't be moved. They are subjectively determining the outcome of their own wager and telling their customers to get lost. There is no recourse here as they say their decision is final. It is the principle at stake here and they should honor the wagers. This was a popular prop bet so this would impact their bottom line to the positive

I placed a wager on 10/20/2016 for an NFL parlay on 3 teams. I printed my wager with transaction date and ticket number, amount of wager and amount to be paid if won. After winning, i checked my account Sunday afternoon after the games and my ticket was not on the transaction history, bet history, or open bet, it was there as an open bet after i placed it on Thursday prior to the Thursday Noght Football. I called customer service first thing Monday, 10/24/16, she said to email me the screen printout, luckily, i do screen print of my bets and print to pdf file. After various email communications, here is the final response: (what a rippoff)

Hello Mr. Dela Rosa,

Thanks for your reply.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused you.

As what was previously mentioned, there was no wager placed on your account on October 20. This was thoroughly checked and we can confirm that no funds were taken from your account.

This is a case of 'ghost wager' wherein a reference number was generated, but since there were no funds deducted on the account, the wager wasn't successfully placed by the system.

Should you have any questions, or require any further assistance, please let us know.

I was playing on Bovada for a while. I noticed that they let you win some hands and then they give you a premium hand that had your opponent crushed when you're up big and the most plausible action to make the value bet is to go all-in because your opponent raised you to do so. I was playing in lower stakes $1/2 and $2/4 no limit on Bovada and I kept getting beat with 2 outters so I was getting frustrated and thought it was just bad luck. But then I moved to higher stakes saying that this was probably just bad luck. Low and behold, the same exact thing happened in the higher stakes where 10 out of 10 times I was all-in pre-flop with a higher pocket pair than my opponent at a $10/20 no limit table and they somehow manage to hit the 2 outter every time. Bovada keeps rigging the system so that their inhouse players can take the huge pots. They let you win once in a while so it makes you want to buy in again and deposit more money but this is a scam. They should be getting investigated by the Feds and once they find out that they have been rigging the system, they are going to get everything taken away from them. I had to lose over $5000 to learn the hard way. Don't make the same mistake by playing on Bovada.

When depositing to Bovada they charged my card twice. After disputing it with customer service, and getting nowhere with it- them claiming the 8 min interval of deposits were legitamite- i conceded and began playing. They obviously weren't going to admit they charged my card twice by their own fault.

Then I placed an boxed exacta bet. My horses came in and i was due to win around $90. There was a brief time frame that the site actually honored and showed my winnings and then in switching over to play casino side of site it was gone!!! I called and again was on the line with customer service for a length of time only to be switched from dept to dept only to be on hold listening to automated music! Then once connected to the customer service racebook reps was told my bet was not boxed and that i should have made a quinella bet!!! I know how to wager and I know that it was a boxed exacta bet I made.

You would be better off purchasing scratch offs from your local convenience store if you want to gamble. That or stick with another online gambling site.
