Ashley has moved across the country under multiple business names, celebrity puppy boutique. Longest list of alias world class yorkie, nightingale bullies, world class bulldogs,ms puppy connection, puppy petite boutique, dream maker kittens. Used to be in mississippi but after the attorneys general office reviewed many complaints Public record)

Ashley signed 2013 violated mississippi consumer protection laws through deception and misleading representations, requiring her to pay back $17,000 to five different families. There are dozens and dozens of families posting photos of the puppies she advertised and the puppies they actually received. You can go to pissed consumer website as well as complaints board and squeeky wheel, better business to find scores of scammed customers.

The saddest reports are about the puppies that have died during transport to the buyers. You can also do a search right here on scamion forum to find years of reports dating back to when she was involved with large breed dogs.

My wife ordered a puppy from http://www.boutiqueteacuppuppies.com

Ashley gives me they information to send her a Bank transfer in her husband account in Florida. On May 12/2016 I transfer $4,500.00 US, the day after I got a phone call that my dog will not come because she's was traveling out of the town. May 23 still no dog, in 24 we got the puppy. Our Alena was still sick, we took her 3 times to the vet and she was hospitalized for 1 day, apparently, she had gastric issues, and she had Melena :(. I wanted a refund but she said she doesn't refund that I have to pick an another one, but none interest me. She said new dogs will be arriving soon and completely healthy, so if I didn't want to loose my money I had to pick one. Of course, I don't want another sick puppy, I still feel pain for Alena, she was so cute and innocent.

This lady Ashley won't even answer my phone calls again. She probably refuses to do a refund. Please be aware of this breeder!

Please don’t lie and say that it was or is a mini frenchie

I bought a French bulldog from Boutique Teacup Puppies and was told (and listed as) the estimated weight around 8-10 pounds. Now our Frenchie is 21 pounds and hasn’t even fully filled out yet. Yes, I did sign a contract stating that the estimated weight was not guarantee, but for god sake thats double size and definitely not a mini as stated. Imagine telling family and friends that it’s a mini and going be smaller and low and behold its the same as a standard size. Sad. I’ve been lied too and I feel like Ashley doesn’t even know half of what she is talking about. Let’s face it, she is a cold and ignorant broker for a puppy mill in Korea. Definitely, only in it for the money. Hello: A Dog actually becomes a part of a human family. If she was lied to like I was I don’t think she would be very happy neither.

I bought a puppy from ashley anderson owner of boutique teacuppuppies in houston texas. She had a picture of an adorable puppie on her web site and stated under the title puppy was tiny and would be under 3 lbs. She had been $3800 and was reduced for $2000. No explanation. I spoke Tracey her assistant and she told me puppy was 3 months old and weighed 3 lbs. I drove from knoxville tenn to atlanta ga to pick up puppy to save a $347.00 delivery fee. It still costs me $50 fee plus travel to atl. When puppy arrived she not only was filthy but big and looked like a cocker spaniel. I immediately called Tracey and told her this she said she couldnt talk and would call me later which she didnt. I later got dog home and bathe and found out the dog was really almost 5 months old. First lie dog almost 5 months old and definitely not the picture on web page because that dog was only 2-12 months old. So Ashley is now trying to pass off this 5 month old dog for a 2-1/2 month dog which is pictured. Proof is dog picture on her web page back in Oct 9,2015 at 2-1/2 months old and never changed age or pictures. When I email ashely with my concern at first really not liking dog because looking like a cocker spaniel and not the shihtzu i bought. This is all before I saw pic of dog in oct. So I kindly tell her I'm upset and feel compensation would be needed and she ignore me and over and over many emails were sent that I should be happy with a cute puppy at that price, to leave her alone. Now I get back and say now i mad dont want dog sending it back disputed charge. The story continues over 24 hours of nasty emails back and forth that Im an idiot crocherty women a fraud and a scammer and shes going to tell the world about me. Long story short now she goes back on her page and conveniently changes her ad that dog was discounted because it was going to be under 7 lbs. to cover her butt, however thats not the issue whether puppy was 3 or 7 lbs the issues is she sold me a dog claiming it was 3 months old and a picture of dog at 2-1/2 months and sending me a dog that was 5 months old. I think am geting my money back, sent puppy back which cost me another $230. The. She also told me not to email or contact her again that she would call police and file harassing charges on me.
