I'm submitting a complaint due to nonpayment for services rendered. The payment for 56 hours at $16/ hour is owed to me. This has been a debt I've been unable to collect since late October of 2016. I was hired to be sole administrative assistant with little or no training. The owner was often unreachable, the lack of information supplied to me made the tasks impossible. Many clients called with their dissatisfaction, drivers not arriving on time to pick them up. Potential clients were looking for information regarding prices, unfortunately the owner did not supply me with that information. All this lead to very unhappy phone calls. All I'm looking for is my compensation as well as the paperwork to file my 2016 tax return. I appreciate any assistance that this website can offer. Thank you!
