BookHolders.com Reviews

The seller is book_holders from amazon marketplace. I bought a code for MyStatLab Pearson. The code doesn't work.

I called Pearson and spoke to two different people. They both told me that the code is not valid and it doesn't work. They told me to call the seller.

I've been communicating with the seller using the amazon email. They've been giving me the run around. They refuse to give a refund.

I explained to them that I can't log into my class because the code doesn't work. I'm already a week behind. I don't have access to the online textbook and my assignments.

I asked book_holders for a refund so I can buy another code from another seller. They refuse to give a refund.

I emailed them pictures of the code and booklet page as proof. They refuse to give a refund.

I did end up buying another code from a different seller because I had to start on my class. So, now BookHolders has my money.

Bookholders is at fault. They sold me a code that doesn't work. They won't own up to it. That's Fraud.

They're refusing to refund and that's Stealing from the customer. They have my money and I have a code that doesn't work.

I spoke to Amazon and they agreed with me. They filed a complaint against the seller Bookholders. Bookholders is scamming customers using Amazon marketplace. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After doing research, I found that there are many complaints against BookHolders. This has been going on for a long time.

Do not buy from BookHolders. There are other sellers that are more reputable..
