If you are looking for cheap Microsoft Office software and search online, you may run into this con seller, who sells on Bonanza.com, the seller’s user account name is “Bessontech” who is really Mike Besson. This guy is a con-artist, he sells bootleg software and when I filed a complaint to Paypal this guy lied to Paypal disputes department telling them I used the software and he wasn’t going to refund me because he had no plans to refund me in the first place. The guy is apparently stealing Microsoft licenses, you don’t get the DVD or CD, you get the license or product id through email only yet I read on his listing I was going to receive the DVD in the mail, I waited 2 weeks and nothing came.

I emailed him and I said where’s my software but he said it’s only electric by email. I checked the email and I had said I don’t have it, he resented it.

However when you install the software if the license doesn’t work and is rejected by Microsoft this seller, he will not refund you. I called Microsoft and I turned in my license number and they said the license was used over a year beforehand but this seller Mike Besson blamed me for using it, said I opened number and installed it but I never got to that point.

I filed a complained with Bonanza and Bonanza did nothing at all as they said they suspended the sellers account but they didn't. I complained several times to Bonanza and they would not reply where I had to go to PayPal to file to get my money back. The seller was fighting me on software I never received with PayPal, he wants the money and I don't have anything. I got a fake bootleg number that is already used prior to receiving it which was supposed to come in the mail. I made a negative review on the seller Bessontech's feedback and later I see Bonanza removes the review as they already have other negative reviews similar to mine they deleted mine, makes no sense. My point is Bonanza is of no use but allowing sellers to sell stolen products on their site without monitoring the problem. The seller is making a living selling stolen Microsoft Office Professional software product keys and Bonanza is doing nothing about it. If this was another site, then maybe action would have been taken but not Bonanza. So I suggest to all buyers to not buy on this site called Bonanza.com Bessontech as if you get ripped off or taken advantage of Bonanza is not going to help you. Don’t buy bootleg software, you can’t upgrade the software, it’s stolen.

Are you aware that your products are being sold on bonanza.com? The sellers are using your official images but when we receive the order, we get counterfeit items. When i complained to bonanza, they said that they will not do anything unless the company itself files a complaint.

I made some online research, and it seems that bonanza.com is very lenient with sellers selling fake products, as long as they get their share of the sale they seem to be ok with it. Their many complaints about them were filled with various agencies and even the bbb.

This is not acceptable and it is a shame how bonanza handles the complaints from buyers, they let us do all the work they should be doing to prevent the unauthorized sales of counterfeit products. It seems it ok with them if they also profit from these sales.

You can reach bonanza.com by writing to bill harding president and shelly brewer at: [email protected]. By the way, i contacted chanel because their products were also counterfeit and chanel took immediate action and sent me a gift certificate. I do not want that). I just want this type of sales on bonanza to stop.

Let us know how it goes but do not tell them who we are

Thank you,

Doc

I have no PayPal account these people refunded it to a PayPal account that doesn't exist instead of putting it on my credit card gave me a b* excuse that they can't find my address just because I said I don't want to pay by PayPal very unprofessional stupid and should not be doing business online. just company should be shut down they go along with the seller which even makes it more look like a scam I advise people to stay away from them. If you don't want your money d*ked around like taken out of your bank account and you have to contact your bank right away depending on your bank or you're basically screwed out of money thank goodness I didn't get screwed out of mine because I have a really good prank Bank that stop stupidness like that while it's going on and shot me an alert you have to pay extra with your bank account for it so your bank card works like a credit card but it is worth the money because I got my money back from you d**k heads which if I seen you in person on your f* YouTube channel it's probably one of you pricks in a Lamborghini telling how many people can make money off of your website by doing Retail Arbitrage all while you're f* over everybody else in the world if I can punch you guys in the mouth I would

I did google search for dvd set. Bonanza had good price listing. Made purchase, got emails saying product on the way, 2 days later, receive e-mail disclaimer saying dvd's from Australia and wont play in this region as shown on web page.

I went back to page and after extensive search found it printed in 1font size near bottom of page mixed in with list of other stuff a person wouldn't normally peruse. Then trying to get a refund, I was directed to a pop up box which finally stated at the bottom that dvd's with regional code issues couldn't be refunded. As if I was supposed to see that coming.

I'm old, I had a massive stroke, my eyesight is poor, and I'm on social security. I'm not in the mood to be ripped off by these con artists working a scam. I know the money is gone but if I can get my pound of flesh by preventing them from burning someone else, I'm all in. Do you see how this scam works? They make like they're walmart selling in the US.

Then they rip you & send a disclaimer saying you should have seen the warning posted in one half font buried past the order form and where they take your credit card information in a bunch of crap near the bottom of the web page. Then when you hurry to cancel, it's too late and the magical mystery pop up box you didn't even know existed tells you, sorry no refund in your instance even if the package hasn't arrived or been opened. What total bullshit. I want them in prison sharing a cell with a 6'5", 250lb bull f****t serial killer.

As stated above the price was raised through a transfer from one company to another. I ordered the Wonder Bible with a credit card.

Purchased software (Visio) which would not download

My line of enquiry was met with nothing but cheek and bad attitude from Mike Besson who refused to refund

I have since realised and been told he is a CON artist

The product you purchase is not refundable Refused

DO NOT BUY from this very rude CON artist

Besson Tech selling via Bonanza.com is a SCAM

The products either dont download or are problematic

The products are RIP OFFs of the Manufactureres products and are not licensed

I was compelled to write this report to warn other potential customers to avoid this scam

I used bonanza.com to purchase advertised 14 DVD's for sale $50.00 from the online seller coincollector11, I bought 14 DVD's I received nothing. When I started complaining to both coincollector11 and bonanza no action was taken to refund my money. Coincollector11 is advertising DVD's but selling downloads instead. And I received an email on 8/14/16, saying my order has been shipped by USPS and it won't be long before I receive it. Never received it and now I cannot get my $50 back. So coincollector is not standing by it fraudulent products and Bonanza.com is doing nothing to help. Bonanza has no telephone number and visable email address to contact them directly. This is more fraud. The host Bonanza.com and the seller coincollector11 are crooks due to the excessive fraud sales tatics.**stay away use EBAY***

They took down my booth because they said I washarrassing there agents when they have no phone service. I just emailed them three times to ask why they never advertise there website. They never would give me a answer why. They false advertise how you can sell on there site and then claim you can increase your sells by 3x if you sign up for a package which is false advertising. All my feedback indicates I'm a reliable business and I had a online website through pro stores from 2000-2007 and had 0 compplaints. I spent hours listing all these items and building a booth. They never gave me any warning that they were ending my booth. I got a email stating I should open a website if I didn't like they never advertised there site however if you still want your booth let us know. They never mentioned suspension or they were putting my booth on hold that I invested $50,000 in. They are ruining peoples lifes. You can see they have had the same same complaint. They should be liable for there false advertising and bad business ethics.
