Each employee has at least one story of verbal and emotional abuse directly from Melissa, and a few have examples of legitimate physical violence displayed by Melissa herself. I.E. Breaking things, throwing things, any action so she can regain control by fear.
They illegally witheld Overtime Pay money from their employees for months, and denied these claims when it came to light. They are spiteful individuals who spend time speaking negatively about their hard working employees at any turn.
