Be advised that this company records all your conversations without your consent or knowldege.

First of all, It's over priced to begin with. Buyers leads are a min of $550.00. It's $299.00 for them handling your account, then an additional $250.00 min for facebook ads. I have asked repeadly for proof the ad budget is being used and they will not provide. I had many conversations with sales rep before joining. She gave me a lot of numbers in regards to potenial leads I could expect. I was told between 50 and 100 leads. Now they are saying 25 leads a month. Would you pay $550.00 for 25 leads where many of the leads only have partial information if that, and the so called lead is worthless? That works out to $22.00 a lead.

Seller Leads are more expensive.

They claim to provide you as the Realtor, Prospect leads for buyers and sellers. They count any type of a response as a lead. Even if all the information is wrong. High number of so called leads are missing or phone numbers are fake. The same with the email addresses. The quility of leads I have been able to contact are poor quility. Either not ready, Won't get pre-quilified or don't have good credit.

Customer service is horrible. Takes days to get any kind of response. Phone numbers are not posted and you have to search for them. Only phone number that gets answered is sales. Service or technical support takes a long time to get a response.

The CRM is a joke. It's a waste of time. You will end up transferring info into whatever CRM your are currently using.

If you join this system, Its your own fault when you realize what a giant mistake you have made. Avoid this company, and frankly stay away from all internet leads. It's a total SCAM!!! Just take your money.

In early 2017, I was looking at a way to generate online leads. I bumped into BoldLeads. I signed on with them after the sales person told me I would convert 1 listing sale for every 20 leads they sent me. This didn’t happen.

First, “leads” is very deceptive with this company. They are not leads. The company just runs Facebook ads offering a free valuation of their home. They aren’t interested in selling, they aren’t interested in talking with a Realtor —- they were enticed by a Free and Quick valuation of their home.

About three months into the program, I contacted BoldLeads and told them their program was not providing any “leads” and that the salespersons representation of 1 listing for every 20 “leads” was not even close to materializing. I asked to terminate the contract….several times. It took two months and they finally sent me an email saying they were cancelling. But they didn’t. They just kept on charging my credit card.

When I called them on this, I was told they don’t stand behind their salesperson’s representations (we, in the Real Estate business would lose our licenses for this kind of Blue Sky conduct…apparently at BoldLeads there is no problem saying what is needed to get the sale) and that they decided not to cancel my service (they never notified me of this or communicated to me….they just went on stealthily charging my card). BoldLeads has scammed me out of over $2,000 with these business practices.

Some may have some better experiences with this company. Mine, however, was one of deception and failure to deliver what their salesperson promised - and then continuing to bill even after notified of cancellation and receiving their acknowledgement. You can easily learn to run your own “Free Valuation” advertisements on Facebook and save yourself a lot of money rather than using this scam service.

I started trying to work with bold leads I believe at the beginning of August 2017. They are suppose to generate leads for Real Estate Agents. They say that they can find the sellers at the early stages and get them to you. This guy Paul and this girl Lauren is supposed to be the sales people. They told me that he could guarantee that I would get at least 1-2 listings per month working with their company. They did kinda charge a lot. It was like $200 per month than after I agreed he said that I needed to give them more money to market for me another $250+ per month. This would have been okay if they actually generated quality leads like I was lead to believe.

When I started with them it sends you leads alright or what they Sugar coat to be leads that are actually people who just want a home evaluation done for nothing. They sent me over the next month probably over a few people who wanted free home evaluations or "liked" what was sent to them OR.

asked me to "please don't contact us". The few leads that said that they where interested in selling where dead ends. So I wrote into support that I wanted to cancel all and any services with them and I receive a call from the sales guy and than the billing department on this so called leads generation service. you will get more success getting leads walking down the street and hand delivering business cards. I told them that I wasn't getting any results and wished to cancel asap as what I have paid for is NOT what I am getting!!!

I never received any call back from support or him. But billing. they try to charge my CC numerous times and i had to dispute the transactions, as i did. and now they sent it to collection. This is not a good service! save yourself and DO NOT SIGN UP! Next thing you know their deducting around $400+ from my CC I just checked after i've cancelled and i was SHOCKED. They just ignore people who write in and ask to cancel a product that doesn't work as your lead to believe that it does by their sales person. Than they never call you back. I hope I save someone the pain and the loss of all of this money in the future. Please Do Not Do Business with BoldLeads.

For $699 month, I was promised 30 vetted, accurate, & motivated leads per month. These leads would be generated from facebook ads. I have paid $3,500 for 5 months, almost 6 months now, that will be another $699 added. I have received less than 80 leads for the entire time. The so called leads are multiples, 2-10 of the same ones.

None of the info is correct. The e-mails bounce bad. The phone numbers are incorrect. If you do get something to go through, you get a who is this, why are you contacting me, or you have the wrong number response. I tried to cancel the contract due to the failures of what I was sold/told.

The company wants me to pay them an additional $2,793 in one lump sum payment. They are stating that is the only way they will cancel. They have no explanation nor they even discuss the issues I have from day one. This just confirms to me, these are just their deceitful business practices.

BEWARE OF BOLDLEADS!!!

I started with this company on July 15, 2022. Prior to committing with this company, I informed the salesperson my hesitation that FAKE leads come from these lead generations companies. How do you filter those out. I was promised quality, pre screened, listing leads.

The salesperson began dropping names of a few Realtors that were doing fantastic on this site. So I decided to give it a try. Within a few days, a few leads came in. No responses from the leads. They would not provide email or phone number. So I let a few slide.

After 10 leads with same results, it became clear this company is not using my $300 towards marketing for me or in the zip code I was promised. The leads promised would be within a 15 mile radius of the location we chose. In fact, there are leads coming 1-2hours away and some in another state.

I had 2 people tells me that they never filled out a form requesting anything and thought I was a scammer and was going to report me to the police. I’ve had multiple fake emails and phone numbers.

When we called to complain, we were told that "these are raw internet leads. We do not pre-screen or pre-vet these leads." This was NOT what I was told at all when I spoke to the sales rep.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. BoldLeads has never responded. They have over 112 complaints in the last 12 months. We have contacted them via phone and email and they do not respond.

Since then I have disputed the charge with my credit card and I’m no longer using their site.

Bold Leads advertises that they give "warm" seller leads or buyer leads. I signed up for seller leads. What I received from them were home owner names but bad phone numbers (disconnected) and bad emails. The lead I received today--5/3/21 I called the homeowner and she did not speak English and hung up on me.

Right now I am trying to cancel my account with them. They have not returned my call. Already told the Bold Leads customer service rep that their leads are worthless and that they are committing fraud. The bad part about Bold Leads is that once you sign up with them, they don't want to give you a cancellation.

I have never seen such an unreputable company.

This company uses a business model of locking customers into a contract and then not providing what was promised. The leads are incomplete and not qualified. The CRM is antiquated and responses are cheesy. When you being up your concerns the Reps become irritated. When you request to cancel the response summarized is Locked me into a 12 month contract despite over promising on leads and lead quality. I requested to cancel during after 2 weeks and the Rep recommended I pay the $7,700 in full to cancel. This is unaccepted. Avoid like the plague.

Chuck Garcia called me to sell their online marketing service to get real estate leads. There was no valid leads. It is a waste of time and money and they will not let you cancel. Do not give them your credit or debit card information. I had to cancel my credit card to dispute the last charge and any future charges. These are not nice people. It is not what they say it is. This is also bad for your domain name, your name and your brokerage reputation because they continue to harass anyone that fills out the form on their website with your contact information.

BoldLeads Does Not Work

Like the other reviews on here, I have had the same experiences. Services are not fulfilled and the quality of leads is horrible. This is a terrible waste of money and I regret ever becoming involved with this company. They are not worried about you getting leads, only them making lots of money.
