On January 12th, 2019, we walked in and ordered a couch from Stephanie. The place was small and quiet but she seemed nice and helpful. She said the couch would be delivered by the end of the month.
On February 4th 2019, we called for an update. Stephanie answered and said she would call the manufacturer for an update and call me back. A few days later on the 7th, I called back again and when Stephanie answered she was able to get in touch with them but "they discontinued making the couch we ordered". So we need to order another one. I asked for our money back and she said they would reverse the credit card charge...but then she sent us pictures of other couches by the same manufacturer that "could be delivered this weekend if we paid in cash or via ACH".
Here is where I made my mistake. I was stupid and needed a couch asap and I said ok and ordered another slightly more expensive couch and sent them an ACH transfer. I arrange for a Friday delivery and sure enough, NO couch! I call and get sent to voicemail. I call again and get a text back saying, I'm with a customer, I'll call you right back" but no callback. I call again from different numbers until I get through and then I get this sob story about how it is hard to be a middleman in this business. she says she'll call again and see what she can do.
If I actually sneakily get connected with Stephanie or Nick by calling from a random number, its the same story of blaming the manufacturer and they say what you want to hear but they won't refund my money and they won't deliver on what they sold. Weeks and weeks and now months have gone by and I still don't have a couch and I am out thousands of dollars. Just refund my money!!! Any case you think I'm getting ahead of myself and it really is a manufacturer issue...I reversed image searched the pictures of the couch she sent me and got the name of the manufacture and I called them and while they have an order for us, they haven't paid the invoice and they have several other over due invoices...No wonder why they are having issues getting my couch delivered. They took my money and won't pay the manufacturer!
This isn't a mishap. It is their business practice to rip people off. Just check out their Yelp page:

I have a small claim date with the court to try and get my money back. Stephanie and her son Nick are liars and thieves. As far as I'm concerned they can rot and go to hell!!!! They stink!!!
This is December 2018. I ordered my furniture in February of 2018. She has my money, she has my furniture and she doesn't follow up! Poor at doing business!

Never pay cash with this company or else you'll never see your money again or furnitures. I got lucky I used my credit card and got PayPal involved after months of all kinds excuses and lies. She'll make you sign a contract so she can keep the 30% restocking fee. ZERO STARS for BOHO.

I gotta take them to court to get my money back idk how they are still in business every bad review is real, eventually they just stop answering the phone when they run out of excuses they smile in you're face then steal you're money this is what they do for a living stay away but if you're reading this it's probably too late you should file you're civil lawsuit right away don't waste time with these pieces of sh*t
