This company preys on people. Their promotions don't work... They will not allow you to withdraw winnings if you haven't played a certain amount. I have called and waited long periods...then they just hang up on you.... Same with chat, they blame your computer and when you do as they suggested and it doesnt work.... they send in an IT ticket .. don't hold your breath on getting any kind of answers... And please read the fine print... they think we are all stupid.. only 5% of Bingo bucks goes toward the amount you are required to play to withdraw money... many people are getting ripped off... I won $300 dollars and was given a very lame excuse as to why I couldn't cash it out....... This site needs to be shut down!!!!
