This fake website goes through a rigorously detailed process to make you think you actually ordered a product and it is being shipped to you. The tracking number they provide for the product is for a fake shipping company. They actually respond to your emails too to make you think someone is working on your problems. They use PayPal to make you feel safe about buying from them. I found a product "cheaper" on their site, so I bought it via PayPal. It was never received despite the tracking number leading to what turns out to be fake carrier information that ultimately says it was delivered. Please avoid BigSavesOnline and their US National Post service. It's all just a scam.

The previous complaints posted here about BIGSAVES.com happened exactly to us on July, 2016. T
They ripped us off our hard- earned money amounting to $237. They use fake shipping service, they would eventually reply and update you about your order professionally like its so real!!! But once you notice something and demands to have a refund for the non- delivery and non- existence of the products,they would stop communicating with you. They dont have a phone number to contact on their website, they only communicate through email. The contact number of the " supposed to be Delivery agency is all bogus. This needs to be dessiminated so as to prevent further people getting victimized by these crooks!

I have tried to reach them 3 times (8/10, 8/14 and 8/16/16) via email, and to date, still have not received a response.
I have also tried to reach the shipping carrier – US National Mail (Way Bill# US56569280) on their website.
It states that it was “Out for Delivery” on 8/9/16 @ 5:10 p.m.; then on 8/10/16 “Delivered” @ 12:23 a.m.; which is unheard of at that hour!
To date, I still have not received any delivery and would like to know who they actually delivered it to, if their website is telling the truth.
I have contacted PayPal to obtain a full refund. They have emailed the contact given at time of purchase/payment: phpSystems, and they have not received any response to date, either.
I ordered an RCA table computer from them a few months ago. They promptly charged my PayPal account. I waited a month and received nothing. Their contact site doesn't work. If you telephone them, their answering machine hangs up on you. Fortunately I got my money back. Their cheap prices mean nothing. The site is a scam.
