Big Fish Casino uses fraudulent tactics to scam people out of money - yes money. They claim to be a free to play online casino, but Bloomberg reports a 300 million dollar profit last quarter. People get hooked on their games, buy chips and lose, partly due to fraudulent tactics. Many of their slots are in "split pot rooms", where once a pot breaks chips are rewarded to all players or players who earn a scatter. Their scam and a result of a lot of negativity amongst members involves what players call "one-liners", people who bet one line versus the normal nine found in most games. What Big Fish does is they allow these people who bet oine line to obtain a scatter (which adds to amount in pot to be split) even though the one line bet gets scatters on ANY OF THE NINE LINES. When you bet one line, you get paid for one line period - but not by Big Fish.

They do this practice as the one liners bet drastically lowers the split pot, meaning less Big Fish pays out. While this upsets the rest of the players, it's not about being upset - it's about FRAUD. People betting and paying for a nine line bet get the same priviledge of getting a "scatter" the same as a one liner. Please tell me how, in any casino game that you bet ONE LINE and can obtain the main prize - a scatter - using ALL NINE LINES? The integrity and honesty of their gaming is gone by using this tactic and results in paying customers losing a lot of money. There should be a major investigation into what goes on at this company and their fraudulent payoffs. People have told me in chat that they PAY $12K - $37K a year to play these FREE games. When I questioned Big Fish about this, their answer was to delete me to prevent me from commenting more. This is FRAUD and as a former Administrative Law judge, I know the definition of fraud. I even believe the people who pay to play (yes, their answer will be you are not forced to pay, but I would bet 50% of the players are paying customers) should file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and stop them from continuing their fraudulent tactics. Thank you for listening to me.

I was a Big ourchaser of games in the BigFishGames website. Have bought over 30 games and it was fine until the game app stopped working out of nowhere.

All of a sudden all my games that I purchased seems to have became a trail games and it doesnt even open at all to let me play. it kept showing me an error message and everything. I looked through their articles based on the error numbers and they all basically says to un-install and re-install the app and games. So. I did about 4 different time because the app showed me like 4 different error codes that according to the articles all says basically the samething. To un-install and re-install. Finally after the 4th time I was kind of agravated and annoyed on this situation I finally emailed the Help desk.

Help desk responded telling me to read the articles. I responded that I did 4 different times and that the article is unhelpful and did nothing beside wasting my time.

End result I got another reply saying that I was rude and to show some respect with this issue still in placed. I bought so many different games that I paid for the full version and all of a sudden it not only became a trial version that doesnt even open anymore. Here I am recieveing a reply from the "Help Desk" telling me to show some respect and not even helping at all. Not only am I posting this review in multiple website informing everyone that will read my report, But, I will never buy anymore future games from this website.

This game is a scam!!! They never let you win, and if you are foolish enough to buy chip you lose even more. All they care about is getting your hard earned money. When you are low on chips and try to go to a scatter room to get some help, you get put in the vicious loop of dead tables and millionaire squatters (which are most likely BF employees) over and over again. They keep the people with low chips at the same tables so there's no chance of catching a break. If you accidentally stumble upon a winning table you are booted shortly after and they will not let you get back to it. Adversely, if you try to leave a dead table they just keep sending you back. There are several lawsuits pending because of this company's dishonesty and greed.

BIg fish casino is an online gambling site. They charge real money but you don't get a payout. They rig their games making only their employees win big so you keep buying cause you want to win like them but of course you neve do. They have clubs which their employees keep their favorite players rich and not buying chips while others get all zeros and lose all their REAL money. They upgrade and tighten slots and have sales all the time so people keep donating their money. They are the biggest scam out there and someone needs to file a class action lawsuit to stop them!

I signed up in November 2016 for one individual game. When asked if I wanted a membership I declined. Just found out in February I've been being billed since

Since December 2016 I've been getting knocked out of the Big Fish Casino and when I go back in I find a Black Domino thing that seems to have Red Eyes in the upper left corner where your personal Icon is situated. I'll get knocked of the room I'm in again and it will be gone. I've sent several Technical requests to Big Fish Casino and no one replies.

I'm not messing any chips because it's not real money but it's like I'm being watched. This happens several times a day and it's every day. I've asked if it's them and I don't get a reply. I'm 70 years so I don't have much. I've asked several friends on the BFC if they'v seen it and they've said no. I've even taken a Screen Shot of it, but still no response.

I have my computer check every month and they said it's on the BFC sight. If it's not them then they are being hacked but I would like some kind of answer. I've been a member of the Big Fish Games since 2003. This is something new.

Almost every seat is 0s on big fish casino

I've been playing for 6 years now and spent thousands of dollars and was lucky off and on till last 2 months 0s at so many tables too many to count. I so enjoyed it till recently the people that are lucky are the big millionares who bet minimum so the pots are small. I believe they are employees of big fish casino because they are always winning. My machine stops short in the middle of spins it's like someone is controlling my machine every day! It's so unfair to be treated this way and it can't be legal the actions are mean!!

I have purchased over 80 games or more and I had to repair my computer . So , know I can not download any games that I bought and paid for .I have sent them a message stating what happened and they did not reply . I sent then the Dr Felix report about the problem and still no answer . I gave them pictures of my desktop with the error messages and still no answer . I can log on and try to download a game and it gives me an error message telling me to go to Big Fish Games and get help . That was useless . I have done what they asked four times and still no answer . I received this e-mail telling me that I earned a free game and know I can not get it . I am getting sick and tired of companies that take your money but will not give you any support . I going to report this to the Better Business Bureau .

Was playing, hit some good pots. Was up approximately 2,000,000 chips. Suddenly all my chips but 32,000 were gone. Poof. No reason. Waited to see if it was a glitch. Nope. Contacted them, received an email response stating that "Your email has not been read. But here's some common mistakes you players make.

i politely respond, that thank you for the info, but that none of these applied to my situation. A few days later another email saying, again, no one has actually read your email, another copy of "here's some common mistakes you players make". But here's 100,000 chips. This is now resolved.

Uhhh... Really?

A) It's not being read by a human

B) 100,000 is not close to 2,000,000 and most ironically

C) I never even received the 100,000 chips

Then I receive a "customer satisfaction survey" regarding my encounter with their customer service department.

I politely wrote out my encounter with their department. I added that no one wants to risk spending real world cash on a game that loses game currency and does nothing to remedy it. Pretty disappointing.

I was banned without notice from Big Fish Casino (iPhone version). I have contacted them several times to simply obtain an explanation as to why I have been banned. I've read their "Terms of Use" policy, and I found absolutely zero wrongdoing on my part. Below is my communication with Big Fish. To paraphrase, they have nothing further to say (even though I'm left hanging with no explanation from them whatsoever), and the case is closed. I can never access entry to the game ever again. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, and I get a pop-up with my friend code that prevents me from even entering the game. I have never spent a dime on this game (which is the good news). I had 1,296 gold bars which took forever to accumulate. I've read reviews from other players whom had never spent a dime, accumulated millions, and then were suddenly banned. Ever since this game was purchased by the horse racing people, shadyness has taken over. The only thing that I can think of as to why I was banned is because I NEVER spent any actual money, but on my own accumulated a mass of chips and gold bars. Big Fish doesn't like that, so I was banned. There is no other explanation. What was my unusual activity? How should I know without any specifics from Big Fish? The fact that people (excluding myself) spend literally thousands of real dollars on this game warrants an investigation into this company.

Big Fish Casino claims to give you free chips but draws you in so you end up buying chips to continue to play. It's an awesome concept. I have met many wonderful people from all over the world. I don't want to end my relationship with them, so I buy these fake chips, but Big Fish takes them within minutes of buying. 3 years I have played, lined their pockets, my reward for being a daily player?

Less than 10minutes of play with fake chips and gold, just so I could continue my friendships with people I met. Don't even start this casino, unless you have a lot of self control or are a millionaire and don't mind wasting money on fake chips. My heart breaks to delete the game. After 3yrs, a lot of money wasted, I'm ready to delete this game and the greedy owners who sit back in their leather chairs while I struggle to pay for FAKE chips and get noting in return.

I have been a loyal Big Fish Casino customer for over 2yrs. I have bought several million chips costing several hundeds of dallars. I had been playing as usual without any issues. The only oddity was that I had recently been gifted 25million chips from a woman that I did not know. She had gifted me but I was not the intended recipient. She claimed that she had entered the wrong friend code and sent me the chips on accident. She then asked if I could return the 25million but I did not have any gold & was unable. I continued to play & hit a nice jackpot. I was now upto 37million. I stopped playing that day & returned as I normaly do in the am. When I tried to get on, a message popped up stating that I had been banned for unusuall activty and that the decision was final. I am now unable to play or start a new account. I still to this day don't know what I did. I feel that the transaction between that lady & myself may be the issue but Big Fish never let me respond and never let me know any details. The cost of chips on Big Fish is $99 for 2.5million so having 37million, I was taken for over $1400. I don't care about the chips but do care about my account & the time & money spent to get to level 3 VIP. The fact that I can't play at all is heartbreaking as well. Big Fish is a RIP OFF! Don't waste your money or your time.

Been playing Big Fish casino for a while. They automatically give u 100k in free chips for opening an account. As I played, which was maybe 2 hours, I hit 8 million I chips. I kept playing and kept winning and had as much as 10 million in chips. I left the room to make a phone call and attempted to come back in. The pop up stated that I am unable to get back in due to lack of Internet Connection. They pretty much banned my account but used "bad internet connection" as an excuse to boot me out. I'm very disappointed because some people actually pay for this "virtual money/chips".
