Paypal is tell me to ship the product back to an address they have for the company in China.
the address is in Chinese and the post office will not accept this. The cost to send the whistle back to anywhere in China is $57 as it is considered a package that needs to be hand sorted. this shipping amount is almost as much as the tools.
Paypal is telling me that they really understand(they suck) and they will translate the address so it can be sent back.
My credit card linked to my paypal account said they would take it up with them and have credited my account.
I ordered a small saw and its tools. I checked the add to make sure that it was an complete item and it was but all I got was the blades. First of all I would not order just the blades if nothing was there to use them and I read the add to make sure that it was a set and it said that it was for both items. I waited a week or so to make sure that it was going to be in 2 seperat delieveries but it never came.

Not once but Twice this company has taken my money and all I got was a plastic whistle . I looked up and here they were on this website as FRAUD. The tracking number that goes with the shipment is on the envelope.

I ordered two cat beds. What was sent were 2 items that would not fit my fingers, let alone a cat other than a newborn. The item is 4 inches by 5 inches,. I thought it was a joke until I saw I was charged 40 dollars for these so-called "beds."
I ordered peruvian woven cat caves. What I received were made of the same material as a beer holder and smaller.
Please let others know so they will not be ripped off!
I found a bargain price on a new Schwinn bike on target.com and placed an order. Payment was made by Paypal but I did not receive a confirmation of the order from the supplier, only confirmation of payment by Paypal to a Chinese company only identified by Chinese characters, no alphabetic name. After 5 days I asked Paypal to withhold payment but did not receive a response. After another 7 days I received a small package from BFE Corporation with tracking number containing a 50 cent whistle.
I ordered some spa chemicals and they never arrived. They never even sent me an order confirmation and didn't respond to request for shipping update. When I challenged the payment through paypal they provided them a tracking code to my town (address not shown) so Paypal denied. I took it a step further by taking tracking code to Post Office and they showed me a printout that showed that they mailed something much smaller (5.6oz) to a totally different address in my town.
The postal worker said this looked like a scam to her. I recontacted Paypal with this additional information and they refunded my money. So their scam seems to be to ship something very small and cheap, in my case to an entirely different address) and keep your money and hope you won't fight it too hard with your payment processor.
I received a yellow envelope today through USPS with a red bead. I checked my checking account multiple transactions have been taken out of my account paid to PAY PAL without my knowledge, to individuals with foreign names I have no ideal what the charges were even for.
BFE Corporation It is now April 21, 2021 and all I received was a Green plastic circle flower from BFE Corporate in NJ. Like the other person, I am reporting this as mail fraud and will contact the USPS, Paypal. Also the BBB of NJ. BFE is masquerading as a U.S. co!any fulfilling bogus orders from China. Do not use Singouse website to order anything. I did not order anything as I remember so I think it's some type of scam. Location: Cranbury, NJ I received a small package to day in the mail and had no idea what it was or why I got it. CRANBURY,NJ. STE E
Ordered a nintendo switch and mario cart game for $100.00. This is not exceptable behavior this was for a christmas present not some random thing I do. I have hardly order things on the internet. Now I might not order anything else online except from Amazon.
Something needs to be done about this even on Facebook. People should not have do deal with this type of things on a trusted website.
On Dec. 5, 2020 I ordered a cricut maker cutting machine from an ad off Facebook. My Pay Pal was charged $114.00. I kept getting emails saying it was in transit. I got the pakage today and it was a tiny package of Kleenex. I figured since it had an american flag on the ad and I paid with Pay Pal that it was legit. But boy was I wrong.
They now have my $114.00 for a .10 pakage of kleenex. I am trying to get on my Pay Pal account to let them know but I can't get on it for some reason. Tried to reset my password but it won't let me!!!!!!
Ordered a Pet watering play station with connection hoses for $26.00. Tried to track shipment but site website became unavailable. Only recieved a plastic hose. Sent an email to the above contact and have NO reply.

I ordered two Cadillac embossed thin license plate holders and what I received was one little RED Bead.
Shipping package was approximately 5" by 5.25" and had the correct USPS tracking number that BFE supplied as proof of shipping.
There is no way two license plate holders could fit in the package that the RED bead was in.
