This s***bag company... I've never once been late on my rent, this month I make my payment as usual on the 2nd, money in account, they wait till the 7th to process their payment, and of course by that point it doesn't go through. They then have the gall to charge me an additonal $140 for their mistake and tell me I can no longer make a payment online, that all payments must be submitted to their office via cashiers check. This is the thaniks I get for living here for years and years and never being late. Also, for the last two years, the AC has barely worked, they constantly band aid it, and pretend all if fine. The units around us leak into our unit, they never fix these issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
