I paid $342.00 out of pocket for 10 CPAP masks and supplies from this company. They sent me the wrong size and the items are not useable as a result. I made two phone calls in an attempt to request an exchange. They are declining to exchange the items because it is past their 30 day return period, despite the fact that the items are unopened and unused. They were also very rude to me on the phone. My issue was escalated to the billing manager and I was told she would return my voicemail, but she never bothered to return my call.
Unfortunately, this company is not willing to stand behind their services and refuses to correct their error, which has resulted in me being out $342.00. All I want is an exchange.
Just from looking at a report on this website and from reviews on Yelp, I see that this company shamelessly overcharges people 500% plus above retail prices AND at times provides lesser quality equipment than required or ordered. This is outrageous! Im going to put a stop to this! My Doctor will be well informed AND I will not do business with those that have no integrity! This cannot be allowed! This company is raping precious income from mostly the elderly and needy AND insurance trusts and companies for $$ far beyond the cost of equipment. They quoted me several hundreds of dollars to RENT a machine for one month with supplies. This was supposedly only 20% of the total cost of a machine rental for a product found in town for about $900 retail that this company sold for $3895. Unacceptable! I told the sleep cntr they better find another supplier of the 15 or so on my insurance plan... What a joke! This is absolutely medical fraud! I wonder what they try to charge to Medicare?? Check out this other report at the link below..... same story... Absolutely unacceptable! AND they were completely rude when I asked about costs and did NOT itemize over the phone.... I LAUGHED WHEN THEY TOLD ME THE PRICE!! Are they charging me for a trip to Hawaii, or are they charging me for 20% of a monthly rental?? When I asked them how much of the bill was the monthly rental they quoted around $200.... Okay then, How do you come up with over $400 for 20% of that cost $40, plus supplies, $400 of monthly supplies, which is only 20%, so monthly supply bill is really $1000? Yeah right! How stupid do you think I am? I am not. That is why you wont rip me off. I wont allow it.
