Once they get you credit card they send you small boxes of product without giving you any way to reach them (no info on packing slip) They do not even detail the charges. Once I found an 800 number for them I could never get through. Hundreds of dollars a month.

Ordered a free sample of a beauty cream product from Bella Serata Skin Care....only to find out afterward they began shipping merchandise we did not order. There was no invoice included in the sample packet indicating any such agreement. Did call the company requesting this order be canceled , but was informed there would still be some charge applied to the cancelation. Contacted our credit union attempting to stop any furture charges

In January I responded to an email about an aging cream, that mentioned a trial for, $4.95, and a fee after that of $89.92, for the next mailing of creams. After I receive the first package, I called to cancel. I did not take down any number, if it was given. In med-March I received a small white carton, that was like the frist one, that was sent. I did not open the box, because it looked the same, as the first one, and was going to return, in case that I was being charged.....BUT, there was no return, address, nor a company name, of the sender. It is April 7th, and thst box is still in the house, because I did not have any old information from the first box.........so, I was stuck....UNTIL...........

My bank debit card was supended for questionable activity. I called, and was given 3 charges from Bella Setata( the bank found the name)............$89.92 charged in January and Feb, and another in March for $94.90.......all charged, after I verbally cancelled.

The bank made a conference call, and I listened to the Bella, Both the bank and I wanted a 100% refund, and the was not approved, until 45 minutes into the call. From the beginning of the call, that lasted 75 minutes, a return address was requested, but was not readily offered by the representative. The bank rep, demshipmentanded, and was finally given the adderss in St.Petersburg, Florida. The Bella rep, is trained to offer nothing, which tell anyone who has been scamed by this company, that, there policy of continued shipments, will be sent and charged, until you cancel, and receive a IRA Cancallation number. When I verbally cancelled, I do not recall receiving this number, nor being told anything about having it, if needed for proof if the cancellation.

This company is a piece of garbage. They are there to make big profits, from product, that results in no skin change, but with multiple shipments, the consumer loosed more money, and their charge increases to whatever level, thay decide to charge.

This popular advertised skin cream lacked notification that one has 2 weeks in order to test the product or full price is charged and thereafter approximately $90 per month subscription. If it was there it was in tiny print and I missed it because I normally check for just that hook when I order a sample. If you call them they will argue with you that you did not call in time and therefore must pay the price of the full 30 day supply. My 14 days started the day they charged me for the trial. They did cancel my "Subscription" but I do not think they were going to refund the $90 fee. Really a rip off.

Bella Serta

Anyone consider a class action suit against this company. My wife and I had the same experience. Never got the product. Stopped payment and when visa declared it a legal transaction. I called them to dispute, she said the 89.95 was coming out, if I stopped the dispute on the 84.95, they could help me, but not until after I stopped the dispute. Was told that if I file a claim with postal service for not getting there delivery, I could get back one of the two charges. But if I disputed any, I would get nothing. The lady was Nina operator 14. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 51 minutes before I hung up and called back. They again put me on hold for almost an hour.

I ordered a 30 day free trial and paid shipping and handling. March 3

my account charged for the above march4

I recieved and did not like it. The box did not have instruction for refund. Tried calling the number o my statement. automated voice and endless music

I saw the charge on my account 89.03 two times!! March 18

I called again and again without success. I notified my bank and put in a dispute. The second 89.03 was still pending and I was told I have to watch my account to see when it goes thru and then call again to dispute it.

I am so very upset that I can riped offf and be charged against what they advertised for and for what I believed. I will never do this again. The internet is loaded with complaints on this company. I hope we are all compensated.

I discovered two separate charges. I obtained the phone numbers for these charges through my bank.

WHODATIWDSKINCR - $94.90 (855) 356-2217

GUMGUMBOEYESERU- $89.92 (877) 594-2394

I called both numbers and they wanted me to provide my name and full address. I gave them my name but told both of them I was not comfortable giving further info, and I was joust going to report the fraudulent charges to my bank (which I did).

Despite only providing my first and last name and being told they could not look up my account, within 10 minutes I received two separate emails saying my orders from Bella Serata have been cancelled.

I did pay shipping for a risk free trial of stupid Bella Serata cream, and now I know better.

Bella Serata offered a one-time sample for the price of shipping and handling only, but then unlawfully set up a recurring charge on my debit card for the full price of the product.

I thought i was ordering a beautiy-product skin creme sample from a website. It was an eyecreme and face creme. The product is called bella serata; the creme is called rejuvenating facial serum and the eye serum is called revitalizing moisturizer.

The ad claimed it was angelina jolie's company, and for the price of shipping only, i could receive a sample.

Soon after the samples arrived, i found a recurring transaction on my credit card, one for the creme for $89.95 and another for the eye serum; $84.95.

I called my credit card company and they said to first call the company then put in a dispute. On my credit card, there were two numbers listed for this; the $89.95 was listed as a florida number by my credit card company; 877-594-2394. I spoke to ken, agent #244. I also called the other number listed for the $84.95 transaction, for the eye creme, which was listed as a texas number; 877-821-6686.

Both these numbers had the exact same canned music playing and the message, "your call is important to us..."

Both agents told me that i did not order a sample but a full supply and would not remove the charge until i returned the products to them. Which i refused to do and told them they were just scamming me and other people.

I will call my credit company to put in a dispute. I'm sure they will cancel the charges but i'm sorry because this shady company now has all my information. It was so stupid of me to believe this ad.

When i tried to find their website i used, the one connected to angelina jolie's name, i saw it was no longer there. I suppose her lawyers went after them.

I was so happy to see this already posted on Outscam so i can tell my credit card company that this is a reported upon scam.

So I thought I would try the Bella Serata cream - for $4.95 handling fee and get a sample. Once my order was processed in very faint print was a "you will be charge almost $90 membership fee within 14 days of order, here is a number to call to stop membership". I ordered this on a Sat so waited till Mon. On Monday the CS person kept trying to sell me more things instead of listening to me. Normally, I'm not assy to someone on the phone but after three attempts to cancel I finally got loud and told her I was calling to cancel the membership - period. Then she said since the product was already shipped she would be charging $29.95 to my creidt card. I told her hell no you won't. Then she said that I would have to call again once I received the product to get information in order to ship it back as she would not give me that information. So, now I wait till I get the product to send it back.

If they decide to charge my credit card, I will dispute it with the credit card company as I refuse to pay for a rip off. It's incedible how this company tries to rip people off. Do not order a thing from them.

Supposedly this is a company that some famous name people own. I am in doubt of that as well. Either way - buyer beware - this place is a rip off.

I ordered the 14-day trial they offered on television for the price of shipping $9.00+; received the product on April 25 and have not opened it because I've been out of town. Was going to start using today, May 3; however, I got an alert that my account had been charged $89.03 for a 30-day supply. At no point was I informed that I was joining their membership and agreeing to auto shipments every 30 days. Called their customer service at 877-371-4568 and I get the spill that I agreed to it when I clicked "rush my trial". I asked where and was told it is in their fine print under "Terms and Conditions" (which is located on another page of their website from where you click the "rush my trial") and that I also agreed to waive any class -action lawsuit! Told them I wanted a full refund and was told they could not do that until I returned the product; said it was a 30-day supply not 14-day trial supply? I told them it was not a problem; it would be in the mail today and how soon would I get my money. We cannot tell you that because we don't know how long it will take for us to receive the product back. Told them I had never dealt with such a dishonest company before and they never once apologized for the confusion or misunderstanding but they would not refund my money until they received the product. Other reports advise they did not get their money back for varying reasons, incorrect RMA, only one RMA when 2 were needed, etc. I intend to file fraud with my bank as well as the Attorney General's office. This company needs to be shut down NOW.

I am not enough of a sucker to have fallen for this or to have become a victim. However, I stumbled across this ad for Bella Serata while surfing the web and then read your fraud report.

Looks like Bella Serata are trying to distance themselves from their Angelina Jolie claims, perhaps because of your published reports. I thought you might wish to review and evaluate these new Bella Serata claims related to Shark Tank and the alleged photographic celebrity endorsements from Oprah Winfrey, Sandra Bullock, and two others whom I do not recognize. Perhaps you might then wish to add any new findings to your previous reports on Bella Serata.

I personally plan to proudly embrace my wrinkles as signs of wisdom, rather than of aging or defects to be eradicated. I suppose, because I am male, this might be an easier approach for me than for my female friends.

I was offered a free sample for payment of shipping and handling. I was just billed $89.03 on my credit card statement. I called number on statement and they didn't want to tell me the company. I received no satisfaction and told them I would report this company. The product is a joke and the his is a major SCAM.

I either heard or saw and ad for the Bella serata skin product that was advertising a skin care product that would remove lines under your eyes and it showed a before and after eye picture. There was a flashing part of advertisment that said which stated to get a Risk Free trial of product and only pay the shipping and handling charges. I entered my information for the trial of product on Feb 26th. Feb 27th i received email below which stated exactly what my credit would be billed. I went to purchase something with my Credit card which i new had money, the cashier said it was declined. I went home to look at statement and Bella Serata had charge my card 2x for the amount of $89.03 and $84.94. I would never in a millions years pay this amount of money on any product. I call customer service and the agent was rude and i had to get very angry until she finally would only refund me half of my money back. This is the biggest ripoff ever. I will never purchase anything Free Trial again. This is very discerning and i am sure there are many other victims out there.

I was interested in the "miracle cream" since it was only $4.95 plus postage with a return policy of "if not happy , return for full refund". It didn't do what I expected. So, I retrieved the packing slip for the address there are no return instructions. There is NO ADDRESS!!!! I looked up customer service on the internet to get phone numbers for help. NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. If you are into classical music this is a great site to hear some... I am on social security disability and can not afford the $84.95 and $89.95 that was charged to my bank card. This is causing my other bills to be return unpaid. What a scam!!!

I ordered a cream and eye serum from Bella Serata on a trial basis. I didn't start using the product right away. I finally called and canceled, but I was never given a return address to return the unopened products. The next month they sent me another box so I just wrote return without opening it. I have received four more boxes. They have been sending two boxes a month. I called again today and they said there was no record of me canceling my order.

I told them I wanted to cancel again and send the recent shipments back. They said I couldn't do that, but they would give me a 35% discount on future shipments. I refused that offer because I wanted to cancel all orders and cut my losses. I wanted to send my February boxes back.

They told me I could not return the unopened boxes because they don't refund used products. I told them they were unopened. The agent said she could not do anything, but give me the discount. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said I could not do that. She said I would have to call back and then she put me on hold and never returned.

I had to call back and retell a new agent my situation. She retold me they had canceled my orders for the products so I thought I had made more progress. She offered the 35% discount for my February order that was given to me by first agent. She could see that said I had refused the offer. I thought I was making slow progress.

She told me they company does not accept returns after the trial date. I told her I had four boxes that were unopened. After a long period of arguing she gave me the same offer to give me a 35% discount for the two boxes that I received in February. I told her again they were unopened. I told her if I had ordered something from Amazon and didn’t open it they would refund me my money because it was not opened.

The agent called me rude because I kept explaining my reasoning for getting a refund for an unopened box. I was not yelling or cursing. I told her I was not upset with her, but with the company’s policies. She also told me they have a time limit per costumer and she was not going to offer me any more than the 35%.

I continued to arguing with her because she would not budge on letting me return the products. Finally, she gave me an address for return items. She said I would be reimbursed $184.83.

This company makes it difficult to return any item. When the box arrives, there is not a return address on it. On the invoice, there is no return address either. It is difficult to do any business with this company. I have yet to use any of the products. The first agent said to just give my unwanted products to my friends. At $184.83 I’m not about to just give the product away, yet I’m so opposed to using the product.

This experience has taught me to really pay attention to the packaging and invoices. Bella Serata is only interested in making money regardless of any ethics. I urge you to never order this product. If I had read complains before ordering this produce I would have never ordered it. No one should have to fight that hard to resolve a problem. The company is deceitful. I believe one of their tactics is to not cancel an order the first time a person calls. They can continue sending their product with the intent of the customer to keep using it. They also make it next to impossible to return a product.

Avoid this produce at all cost. Nothing is that great to make it impossible to cancel and get a refund. I cannot recommend the products from this company. I even had a hard time finding the customer service number to call them. The name of the company, its address and a customer service phone number is not on the invoices. Why does a company have to hide that information unless it has something to hide?

Ordered 30 day free trial with ability to cancel 14 days after received. Product ordered on 1/22/17 Used product for 3 days and broke out in rash Email sent on 1/27/17 to cancel all future orders but received no reply Email sent on 1/28/17 to cancel all future orders Email received from Bella Serata that I must call customer service to cancel. 1/28/17 attempted to call Bella Serataa 877-371-4568, held for 15 minutes + and received no response. 2/7/17 My credit Card billed for $89.95 for product that I assumed is for a future sale of the same product that I cancelled on 1/27/17 2/8/17 called my credit card company to deny charge. Credit card rep stayed on line and contacted Bella Serata. Bella Serata advised me that in order to receive credit On my credit card I must first return the trial I received and I will have to pay shipping charges. I have not received any additional product other than the "free" trial. I do not believe I should have to pay to return a trial sample of the product before I receive credit on my credit card bill.

Pop-up ad came up while I was on home computer, with offer to try their product if I was to send the $4.99 for shipping. Since they said this Company appearred on "Shark Tank" and was fully approved by these Sharks, I thought that I would try it out. I agreed to paY the $4.99 shipping charge, and received their product in a few days.

It was about a week since receiving their product, when I checked my bank balance and was surprised to see a charge to my account of $89.99!!! Not the $4.99, for shipping, I agreed to!!!!!!

Orlando, Fl isn't far from my home. I also have connections and knowledge in the Postal Services. I am going to report their activities to the Postal Inspectors. This is a fraudulent business, working thru the Postal Services!

I hope to achieve some justice, through one of or both of these institutions! Please e-mail me with additional solutions, because these scammers are still running amuk!!!

Thank you, Central Florida

I ordered a free sample of skin and eye cream

Paid $4.95 shipping on each

Received sample week later.

Three days after that saw 2 charges on my bank of $89 each

The phone numbers associated with these charges are not working

I would not have signed up if I knew it was a trial that was going to cost me $180 a month.

  • Oct 12, 2017

it's a rippoff !!! phone numbers are phony and no way to cancel !

I thought it was on national news today, (10-5-17) that sally fields had been interviewed about how she stays so young looking, and she disclosed her skin cream, saying it's miraculous.

Excited, i looked for it online and i thought i was getting a free sample With $4.95 shipping fee) of sally field's "bella restore moisturize". With the $4.95 confirmation number, it said that the name of the cream was a different one, "perfect skin serum".

My credit card was also charged an extra $4.90 for another product that was advertised on the order page, am item which i refused, but i see that it immediately went through on my credit card.

Suspiciously, i looked online for any clues and came to this site, "outscam", noticing that someone else had just had the same thing happen!

I cancelled my credit card within a half hour of the incident, but was told by the fraud dept. For my credit card company that my old numbers could've already been used for many other reasons! this will probably be a long, hard, bumpy road, with many disputes of fraud uses of my old number :-(

Bella Serata Misleading, dishonest, charged $183.84 to credit card without authorization

  • Oct 5, 2017

I saw an ad and clicked on it to get a (semi) free sample of the Bella Restor Moisterizing cream which uses Sally Fields as their spokesperson. I selected only the free sample (for $4.94), but was immediatly billed for the $4.94 and an additional $93.97.

I did receive a sample, but have not received any additional product. The sample was in a plain brown box with no address or other contact information and the packing slip also has no information on it.

I disputed the $93.97 and my bank reversed it. Again on 10/2/17, they (the scam company) put through another charge, but I still have not received any product. This time I spoke to my bank and again reversed the new change of $93.97.

I then called the phone number on the charge (which is supposed to be the scam company's phone number), but it immediately disconnects, so I was not able to cancel or talk to anyone.

This means that these charges will continue until and unless I cancel my credit card.

The same thing happened to me that was reported on the outscam of this scam. I ordered a sample of the skin cream and mud bug serum. I received it on the mail a week or so later. I checked my account and found two different charges for the items i received. A couple of weeks later i received a text from my credit card company for over $80.00 from credit card company which i declined. Two days later i received another text from my credit card company for another charge of more than $80.00 which i also declined. I got a call later in the afternoon from my credit card company regarding the two charges i declined and i told the person that i never ordered anything more than the sample which i already paid. My credit card company temporarily freeze my account and advise me to call the company. I just hanged up from talking to a person named samara and she first tried to tell me that i signed up for their recurring delievery of items and charges when i requested for the sample of the items. I told her that i never did and she needs to cancel whatever order i have and to stop sending me anything. More importantly, i told her to stop charging me anything because i am not paying for anything i never ordered nor received in good faith. She told me that she is going to send me an email that i called to cancel. After a few minutes i checked my email and a cancellation letter is already in my in box. If you experienced the same thing i have, please call your credit card company right a way and put a temporary freeze order on your account. Call the company when you are notified about the charge and tell them to stop sending and billing you immediately.*

I got a "pop-up" ad while on the internet and saw an offer for a free trial of Joanna Gaines' Bella Serata products. I went through the entire process and ordered the free trial of the eye serum and the face cream. I don't think I would have been able to place the order if I had not read all the information and each product required only a $4.95 shipping charge. I received the products and was surprised that there was no paperwork about the automatic full charges and automatic shipping, so I was not expecting that.

I went on vacation for almost a month and returned home to find charges of $89.03 and $84.94 for the products on my credit card bill. I was in shock! I would/could never spend that kind of money on this. I immediately called the first number on the bill, next to the first product, and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally left a message but no one ever called back. A few days later I tried the other number next to the other product, and I got a representative. Her name is Trudy and her agent number is 95. She was nice but told me that I must have checked the box that said that I accept the terms of the order. I wouldn't ever have done that.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and, after a brief wait, she came back to say that the supervisor said that I couldn't speak to her because there was nothing they would do for me. I couldn't believe that.

But, it gets worse. A few days after I placed the free-trial offer (not at all free), the ad came up again. I thought I would order one set for my daughter-in-law and tried to do that. When my name came up in the system, I got a message that said that I had already ordered the free trial. So I backed out of the website! Somehow, an order DID get sent to my daughter-in-law and I was charged the FULL PRICE for that order! Trudy said she doesn't know how that happened but I could return those products. But there would be about a $20 restocking fee! I didn't order those products. She said she couldn't track the order or find out WHO actually processed and sent it, yet she had all the delivery information. Strange.

I should not have to pay for any of this! And now I have to get the package from my daughter-in-law, who lives over an hour away, and send it back in order to get a partial refund! This is just unbelieveable! It is shady business and should be illegal. Doesn't the Better Business Bureau do something about these things?

Is anyone going after the company? Does Joanna Gaines know how this company operates? Do we have any sort of a case? Please do something to help all of us who were "taken in" by a disreputable company ad. Thank you. HL

Bella Serata I got a "pop-up" add on my computer on July 23, 2017 for a "free trial" of Bella Serata eye serum and for the face cream. All I had to do was to pay the $4.95 shipping charges for each item. I read the terms and would have certainly not done it if I had seen that I would have to cancel the "membership and return the products within 14 days! I never read anything about that. I then went on vacation for almost a month and returned to find a bill with charges of $89.03 and $84.94 for the products! I couldn't believe it! Never read that anywhere. Tried to send a sample to my daughter-in-law at her address and got a message that I had already ordered the sample. So I left the website. Now she also has a package and I am being charged the full amount!! They will accept the return but keep $20 for a restocking fee! I never ordered those. Orlando Florida

On 8/2/2017, a skin care promotion on my LinkedIn newsfeed caught my attention. It was a video showing how young someone looks like after applying Bella Searta, followed by a free trial order link.

I want to give it a try! In the end, I only need pay $4.69 shipping fee. On 9/20/2017,I surprisingly received another package from them. I did not sign up for monthly subscription and I did not intend to after trying them a few days! (They are not as advertised at all).

I went to check my credit card, and guess what? They charged me $368 (in six different charges) since August! I called them next morning. The customer service said it was my fault not reading the terms and refused to issue me the refund, and also hung up on me. I swore I did not see any terms saying that I have to return within 40 days otherwise I will get charged for the *FREE* trial. Furthermore, I did not subscribe it monthly!

Can something be done to stop them fooling consumers like this?I'm so pissed right now~~~~~

My name is Brianna Mahoney, i live in Pensacola Fl. I recently purchased the Bella Serata eye cream and skin care for what i thought was a great deal for only $9 until my card was charged without my authorization for $89. After calling and speaking with numerous representatives, they told me i won't get my refund unless i send them back the products. They're scamming people, i bought this cream and eye care for $9. I only agreed to that amount. They tried to tell me it was only a trial and since i didn't return the products, that was me giving authorization for them to charge my card each month of $89. I am outraged right now, please don't fall for this scam. It's been weeks and i still dont have my money back, this is a company who just wants money any way they can get it.

Bella Serata appeared on my computer as an unrequested pop-up ad. Cream sounded worth trying, especially for just the $4.95 shipping cost. I read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully for any ongoing commitment or charges and found none. Cream received about a week later. Happened to be checking my credit card online and found a charge for narly $90 from Bella Serata; immediately called Customer Service [number obtained from credit card posting online] and was told that my 14-day trial was over and so I was being charged for the bottle of cream. Told that 14-day trial starts the day of the order, not when the product is actually received. When I pointed out that the order was placed on August 15 and the current date was August 29--14 days!--I was then told that the trial actually ends on day 13 and the billing is done on day 14. After a lot of raising my voice and taking the "representative's" name and badge number and advising that the charge would be placed in dispute, as well as rejecting all discounts offered, the call was ended and within a half hour I received an e-mail that the shipment was being removed. The temporary authorization on the credit card was never finalized. If I had noted in the "Terms and Conditions" that I would be charged $90 in another two weeks I would definitely not have ordered. Did I truly miss that information or is it not there? In any case, avoid the hassle and the scam and get some other face cream from a reputable seller.

I believed that this skin care cream was developed by Angelina Jolie and after ordering the cream that particular add disappeared. I ordered the cream which included an eye cream and face cream, and was informed that I would be paying shipping only on a sample. I ordered on the 18th of the month, received the 24th of the month and was billed 4.95 and 4.93 (same box). I tried it for 4 days and my face turned red and was scally. My Oncologist told me that it was probably a reaction to my chemotherapy. I called Bella Serata on the 4th of the next month after seeing the doctor (10 days after receiveing the product--was told I had 14 days to cancel) and the operator on the phone said "fine, I can cancel that account and sorry about the reaction" and said nothing about returning the product so I through it away so I wouldn't try it again. Then, I get my credit card statement and it showed charges of $89.03 on the 1st of the month and $84.94 on the 2nd of the month. I called them back and was told that the 14 days was from the day of ORDER not when received. So, instead of canceling my charges I got billed because I didn't call w/i 14 days of ordering the cream. When I called to cancel, the operator did not say that there were already full charges on my account,

So, look out anyone considering ordering this cream and bologne. It can cause damage, and you will be charged within 14 days of ordering...almost #190.00.

So sad for someone on Social Security and paying medical bills. They just stuck to the "company policy" and would not listen to anything I had to say.

No invoice in box..only packing slip with "no" prices. Never on their advertisement do they state the costs of the items when shipped. They only offered 50% refund Selwin..employee# was eho tried to fast sell me more stuff instead of listening to my complaint.phone number is 877-371--4568. I am mad as crap, My mistake for even getting the "free" sample.Total rip-off company!!!

  • Sep 2, 2017

My crediit card has been charged a total of $183.85--

twice for a "sample" that was never received-and twice for two shipments that I never authorized, nor asked for. I have found various phone numbers-all of the 800 variety---and a "return address" of "Fullment c/o Bella Serata Skin care" no more info--no further address.

Did find an address of P O Box 23976 St Peterson, Fla--afraid to send anything there, however. People like this belong in jail, not just chastised on the net. I will continue to find a way to close them down.

Am cancelling that credit card to prevent any more charges from them..also trying to contact the Better Businees Bureau that serves that area.

Selection of trial skin care was requested. Received this w/ proper delivery charge of $4.95. I did not order more and I have not received my current billing to know what exact amt. charge will be. There was no invoice nor description of this delivery. I cannot afford any high charges for this, especially since it was not requested!

Thank you for reveiwing this problem.

Call me naive, call me gullible.Call me Stupid!!! I came upon an ad about Sally Fields new venture into the beauty business .(a previous complaintant said when she saw the ad a couple years ago it was Angelina Jolies new business venture .) Sally went on to say how her skin doctor came up with this amazing combination of ingredients to enhance her skin, and basically prevent her skin from aging, plus it would reverse whatever damage was already done and who would not trust that beautiful child like face of a " flying nun"? It said all I had to pay was the shipping fee. That was a total of $9.87. Being a woman who just turned 62, I of course had some concerns.I was a Jersey shore girl who was baking myself on the beach every day as a kid and into my teens and 20's. So I ordered Bella Serata.

They wasted no time and shipped it next day 7/28/17. Having fallen for a few scams before, I went back to the ad and searched for any "hidden fees" or " dates", so I wouldn't face the wrath of my husband for being so stupid. There were none as far as I could see. Sure enough, $89.03 was withdrawn from our CC 12 days later by a whole differently named "business", Bayou Skin Creams.I had no idea who they were which of course "pleased" my hubby so. I called Bella Serata the same day, the rep would not listen to a word I said and talked in circles so fast as to convince me I was to blame for this because I 'clearly'had 14 days to call them so this wouldn't have happened. I just kept telling her I wanted a refund and I want this subscription cancelled. She said it was then quickly added " So glad I could help you" and the connection was lost. From that day foward I will Never read another ad .And shame on you Sally Fields!!! We all expected better of you than to link your self up with such nonsense .Is this the kind of person you really are?

I answered their ad for a trial sample of their product. I was charged for and paid about $9 for the trial samples. I was charged over $160 for subsequent skin creams that were "ordered" according to the trial agreement. I canceled the order with two phone calls and have refused to pay.All charges except the trial samples have supposedly been rescinded. I went back and found "Terms and Conditions" in tiny letters at the bottom of their ad. Indeed, it did have the legalese to show the charges may have been legal. But all things immoral are not illegal and the trap they lay is deceptive. The ad clearly says trial size only so there should be no terms and conditions.

This product was one that all the participants on "Shark Tank" invested in, which lent some credibility to the company and made me feel comfortable about trying it out. The way I see it, they are all co-conspirators in this rip-off. In fact, my credit card company contacted me about the charge and warned me about possible rip-offs.I went back and read the add again and decided it was all right. Was I ever wrong!

There was an advertisement about Free Trial for Bella Serata(skin care/cream) product and it mentioned Angela Jolie's name. The product was for a jar of cream for the face. It only stated that it was 4.95 and Free Shipping. Money was taken out of my account for 11.86. I was billed 4.94, 1.99 + 4.93, I received a Rejuvenating Cream & guessed it was 4.93. I don't know what the 1.99 was for; advertisement stated free shipping. And here today it is 03-21-17 I was charged 89.04 & money taken out of my account & another 84.94 will come out 03-23-17. I called the Company back and spoke with a young lady who said my refund would be 60% & I wasn't satisfied with that; I called them back after I hung up and let her know that there was no fine print about the Free Trial and I wasn't satisfied with the refund and stated I would be contacing consumer affairs; she then got an OK to refund me 75% & I should be able to see it refunded back to my bank account within 3 to 5 business days. (We'll see). Still, I am not satisfied that is why I am filing this report to have for the record. I've learned my lesson. Thanks for your help on this matter too. Hopefully something can be done about this company.

This is bull-states you will receive Free trial offer with paying shipping and handling. Buy a bottle of serum and pay $4.95 for S/H. Cancel in 14 days for trial period. So they send full bottles to you not trials and state you can't return once opened. Poor customer service, this is why we trust no one. I can't believe this website can't get shut down. I Wanted to order the face cream that Joanna Gaines has promoted. Looked up Joanna Gaines face cream on Internet. Clicked on the website that had a you tube about Joanna Gaines and her husband. As I scrolled down there was a picture of what I thought was her product. There was an offer to try a free sample which I ordered paying for the shipping and handling only. I was told that I would receive an email with order confirmation which I did not get. A few short minutes later I read on line that this was a scam and contacted them by email (a place where they set up to contact them) and told them to cancel my order. The next day, with still no reply or email from them, I found a telephone number where I called them to cancel the order. After much verbage I got them to cancel my account and said they wouldn't charge my account any more but product was already sent to their warehouse and they could not stop the order. Said they could give me an extension on trying the product. Which was not smart when I told them I didn't want the product and I was under the impression that it was a "Free Trial". I guess you only got to try it free for so many days???? It sounded like they were going to automatically send me more products. What a tangled web.

I feel very strongly that they misrepresented their product to be that of Joanna Gaines's product which in my opinion is very wrong and of course they will not refund my money for what they call shipping and handling fees. And after talking with them, it sounded like had I not cancelled my account I would have automatically been billed for additional shipments. I have spent several hours trying to stop this order and still not convinced that it has been stopped.

Just like all the other complaints against this company, I ordered a "free trial" of Bella Serta, only had to pay $4.95 shipping BUT.. noticed shortly after that I was billed $89.03! Called company and they would not reimburse me. TOTAL SCAM!

I had seen an article about Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper on Yahoo.com. It was an article on why she was leaving Fixer Upper on HGTV. One of the reasons stated It was because she was going into beauty care. It said Bella Serata is the product and get your free trial for 4.95. Well I said gee why not Joanna Gaines, she and her husband I always admired. Well I orderd the skin cream and then another panel came up for eye cream, so I said what the heck for another 4.95, I ordered it.

I found out later it was a lie. It was not true. Be careful with YAHOO as well as they have a lot of garbage out there.

Anyway I later was charged 89 and 84 on my CC bill. I called them and they said I had 14 days to cancel after ordering and there are no refunds or returns even if not used. It was exactly 14 days from the day I ordered.

Not sure if its Bella Serata or YAHOO that full of it but I tried to get to thier trial site to read the small print and now I get 404 not found. I called them and they finally cancelled but at a cost my my stupidity.

One, Beware of what you read there is a lot of fake crap out there and Yahoo ihas a lot of misleading articles.

In April this year, I ordered a sample of Bella Serata off a Facebook ad. Had seen many tapes of the eye cream and since I have bags I wanted to try this miracle cream.

First off, I could not just get the eye cream, I had to also order the face cream. Both samples and shipping was not much more than $15.00. And since this prticular ad mentioned Shark Tank, I assumed this was on the up and up.

Within 15 days of ordering, my bank account was dinged $89.03 and $84. something. I called the phone # which appeared on my bank statement. I started to explain my issue and a man with a foreign accent said "no, cannot help you" and hung up on me.

That's when I called my bank. The money was returned to me and I have not heard anything more. I have since read all the reports of this company based in Florida. Will never, ever order off any ads on Facebook. Have also seen many other ads of a similar nature on Facebook. Do not know if any are legit.

I ORDERED AN ONLINE TRIAL SAMPLE FOR THE EYES FROM BELLA SERATA. RECD AN ESTIMATED DATE OF THE PRODUCT ARRIVING. I HAVEN'T TRIED THE PRODUCT, LET ALONE CONFIRM RECEIPT OF IT AND THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THEIR FULL PRICE FOR THE PRODUCTS WHICH I NEVER CONSENTED TO. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY, FURIOUS ABOUT THEIR TRANSACTION, THEY INDICATED THEY COULD ONLY REFUND 50%. AND THEY WOULD CANCEL FUTURE SHIPMENTS. I EXPLAINED I HAVEN'T EVEN TRIED THE PRODUCT TO KNOW IF IT'S DECENT. WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I HAVEN'T TRIED OR KNOW IF I RECEIVED IT. I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FOR REASONS OF BEING PUT THROUGH AGONY. DECIDED TO TRY THIS BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY A TRIAL SAMPLE. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING. AND TO AFFILIATE THEMSELVES W/ THE ACTRESS ANGELINA JOLIE IS RIDICULOUS. I HOPE SHE GETS WIND OF WHAT'S GOING ON. WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS....DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY TRIAL SAMPLES.

I saw an ad for a free sample of eye and face cream. I searched the ad for the possibility that they would send me more and charge too my credit card. The samples came. I tried the eye cream and sa w no difference. I could not even read the directions for the face cream. A box arrived today with more product-not even a bill. This worried me so I found a phone number and called. The person who answered tried very hard to say the terms were easily visible-not so. She offered all kinds of discounts and I kept telling her I did not order or want the product. I asked the price and was astounding that it was almost ninety dollars. It took a lot off fighting to finally get to say i could return the box and they would refund my money after they received the product. I am afraid that others who will not be as persistent as I was and end up with a charge of $180. I went back and looked at their ad. Way down at the bottom in small print were "terms and conditions" When I tried to read it I could not pull up the part of the terms about them sending more unless you cancelled in 14 days Very easy to be fooled. Moraine--nothing is ever free.

I, along with other ripped off customers ordered a 30 day free trial and paid shipping and handling on May 5th.

My account was charged for shipping and handling fees on May 5th.

I received product and honeslty did not like it. The box did not contain any instructions for refund nor did is state that I only had 15 days to return item. I tried calling the number on my statement but only got an automated voice message and was placed on hold endlessly.

Then came the charges, $89 two charges on May 20th!!!

I called them again with no success. I notificed my bank and put this in a dispute. The seconde charge was still pending and I was told to watch my account to disupte it when it goes through.

I can't even begin to explain how upset I am that these scammer get away with this. Don't be duped, don't get ripped off. They will charge you for FULL cost of a product that is worthless. They are misleading you into thinking you only pay for shipping and handling and never tell you that in 2 weeks you will be charged 2 times!. The internet is filled with complaints on this company, hopefully someone does something to put a stop to this and we all get reimursed or compensated in some way.
