This place is disgusting only stayed here one night because my a/c went out. Cockroaches all over the room! Woke up to bed bugs covering my sheets. Have bites all over me now. ...manager refuses to believe me even after I showed the bugs the next day to the cleaning lady. Now I'm dealing with horrible bed bug bites all over me and the manager blamed me and said I brought them in!
We as Employees of Bell Villa Motel and Mobile Home Park are hereby admitting that any rental unit on the property is not up to current state housing codes. Park Manager Mary Hogeland Is violating Every rental law there currently is.
Mary hogeland and all employees of Bell Villa Motel and Mobile Home park are not going to do anything to fix these issues, If you disagree with this then please feel free not to rent from us.
