Beauty Wrinkle Reducer Reviews

Who would have thought Joanna Gaines and Chip would be associated with a Rip-off product. Joanna is promoting a Wrinkle Cream free trial for just 4.95 shipping, but hidden somewhere on her web page is a little a fine print that states if you don't call in within 14 days to cancel, the Credit Card you used will be charged 99.95 for the 5oz bottle of Wrinkle reducer and 89.95 for the 1oz cream bottle.

When I called to tell them I was not going to use the product and had not opened the containers and wanted to cancel and return the product, the answer was "sorry we do not restock and we do not offer refunds. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and he was very rude and told me the same.

My next step is my credit card company to see if they can put a hold on the charges.

Lesson Learned, I should have read the reviews, I see someone in Springtown, Texas got fooled just like me.

Beaute wrinkle reducer

they charged me 99.and i have no way of contacting them I tried to get my money back through the bank with known luck. Now im afraid they will take more I have nothing to show for it.

  • Jun 6, 2017

Ordered a free trail of Beaute wrinkle reducer. I was only asked to pay $3.95 shipping. After two weeks My debt card was charged $99.95 with me knowing.

I have read reports from others that had the same experience. I wish I would have known before I fell for this. To late now. I guess I have to chalk it up as a lessson learned.

Others have stated that there is no refund. This is deffinately not the way to run an honest bussiness. I hope that others are not trapped by this same trap. Ill have to change bank account information to prevent further charges. My advice is to research any product you plan to buy before purchasing that product. I'm sure there is many more out there.

I got scammed too.

My card was charged for $99.95 and another $47.97 from FLAWLESS FACE WRINKLE. And $89.95 from VALENTINA BEAUTY LLC.

Web site tricks you into clicking to continue and you end up paying for two trial items s&oh. Then you have 14 days to call and cancel if not you are paying 99.95 for purchasing 1 of the trail bottles. There is no email, or nothing comes in the packaging to advise you of the 14 days. If you didn't see the "fine print" when you sign up then you are stuck And will they not help you out in any way. I ONLY count out about the 14 day trail because I was charged.. now I'm short money and I have two little products of something I don't even want to take a chance and put on my face, in case I get a reaction or something I PAID $99.95 from my rent money to go to the hospital.. HELL NO I don't care what celebrity uses it or not. They need to have a better set up, better information in the packaging and threw emails and better customer service so I wouldn't have to wait 48 mins on hold before they answered.

Visage Skin Care Shop, or Beaute Wrinkle Reducer, is the latest in a string of con-artist "companies" that have targeted the elderly in my community. As a caregiver, I am often responsible for picking up the pieces when one of the people I help fall victim to unauthorized activity on their bank statements. The elderly are targeted relentlessly (4 times in less than a year for one woman).

Visage Skin Care (Beaute Wrinkle Reducer) billed a $3.95 fee for shipping on their "free trial" of their cream. It arrived in a tiny little 0.5 oz squeeze bottle that pleased the woman I work with enough she thought nothing of it. Just more than 14 days later, when the trial was up, this woman was nearly in tears as she showed me the charge on her bank statement. $99.95 is what the company apparently feels their cream is worth. It was deducted from her account once the "trial" period ended.

Nearly $100, and the bottle wasn't even made of gold!

Predatory companies like these are the most despicable, as they prey not only on these women's desire to sustain a "more youthful" appearance and the beauty our society attaches to youth, but they're also preyed on for their resouces and the fact that most of these same women have little knowledge as to how to fight these frauds. It's disgusting, and it has to end.

I saw this ad on fb . Pay for shipping only when I sign up the at the end there's another question of you want this additional creme, I hit no thanks but for some reason it added on my cart. Since iota only 3.95 in addition to my order I confirmed. I keep on looking for fine print it doesn't have any. You get the confirmation it'll say 14 day trail no commitment I guess that means after 14 days you're commuting ( who knows ) I already have a bad feeling about this so as soon as I got it I emailed the company to cancel . After 14 days I got charged $99.95 when I called the CS they said they cannot cancel through email. So my email is invalid. The customer service doesn't care. They didn't refund my money. It's a total SCAM beware.

I ordered Beaute wrinkle reducer on the internet. So sorry I did. They send a 30day supply and offer a 14 day trial and charge your Credit Card for 1 product, plus shipping on 2 items, with a future charge for the 2nd product; like 1 or 2 days after the first charge. We are talking 99.95 & then 89.95 days later, but will not let you ship the product back stating that they can't resell opened product. I actually developed a sore at the corner of my mouth & stop using it. I didn't know if it caused the sore or would be irratating the sore, but I called to get a shipping label to return the item, afraid to use it anymore. They claim it is not a money back offer, but a free! trial. And the real kicker, they said the trial clock started when you placed the order, not when you received the order. How can you do a trial use of a product before you even get it?

Their customer service people repeat their responses over & over, when ask to speak to a supervisor. One said the supervisor didn't have authority to give anything different & did not let me speak to one. I sent an e mail and received a pat answer, to call customer service. I called customer service again the next day. Got some of the same responses, ask to speak with a supervisor; she said they didn't have authority to do any thing different; but when pressed she did give me the supervisor, who repeated the same, but stated they had cancelled auto ship! And stopped the 2nd charge from happening that very day for a product I can't use, don't want, and can't return. All at the low, low price of $99.95 on your credit card.

Run don't walk, don't get stung.

The website stated risk free , 14 day only trial. A month later I look into my bank account and it's NEGATIVE 182$. I didn't give them authority to use my credit card nor did I expect a charge that huge for little trial size items. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHIBG FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY ALMOST 200$ for something that is NOT EVEN FDA APPROVED!! And now they don't want to give me a refund for a product that I didn't want nor realize I was being charged that much for. ITS A SCAM. They hide the terms you have to click open a new page just to even see the terms it wasn't written there on that page. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE REPORTED

I ordered the beauty wrinkle reducer & beauty serum for the cost of shipping-$3.95 & $4.95. Sixteen days later I was charged $99.95. I called the company. I had to cancel my 'subscription' in 15 days or pay up every month. I had not yet opened the creams so they said I could mail them back for a refund & will not be charged anymore. Three days later I was charged $89.95 for the serum. I called back. Oh, sorry. Our mistake. They have verified that they have received the products back & keep telling me I am getting a refund but thats a lie. This started on January 9, 2017. It is now March 28, 2017. I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau. Wish me luck & don't make the same mistake.

Beaute Wrinkle Reducer

It is not worth the money. Looks like Joanna has made a fortune from her scam. Absolutely a big rip off.

  • Sep 26, 2017

Beauty Wrinkle Reducer is a complete rip off scheme. They advertise to try two sample products for $4.95 and $9.95. However, once you enter into their order page, you find out the shipping is extremely high. The page does not let you remove your order. I closed the page, without confirming that I wanted these products. Since it was advertised through my Amazon Visa Account, they automatically had access to my VISA. The two trial products showed up. I kept them, because it was easier than sending them back.

Charges of $89.95 and $99.95 started showing up, from a company HEAVRESTS. I reported them as fraud charges, since they were not authorized. However, after disputing with my VISA, they now say that I signed up for their program.

I DID NOT. This is a complete scam. I cannot even talk to one of their representaives on the phone.

I am not giving up in fighting them.

This company advertsed two beauty creams online (internet purchases)as full sized samples for the cost of 4.95 (S&H). i read all the fine print then prceeded to order both beaute wrinkle cream and an eye cream ( which I didnt get I got a tube of serum) they arrived via mail and I thought was the end of it until my credit card got charged twice on 8/18/2017 one for 99.95 and another charge for 89.95. I immediately called them and they it those samples had to be returned in 14 days to avoid these charges and I now was apart of a monthly program where I'd get these products each month was well as be charged this horrific amount for each product!! I told them I wanted an refund to my CC imediately agent Daniel on phone said he couldn't do that only a supervisor could I told him I wanted a supervisor he said no one was available for 30 minutes I told him we will stay on the phone together till he got me a supervisor I told him off big time and eventually he hung up the phone. I called back again and got another agent (sounded like he was from India) he told me he was a supervisor and could help me I explained the situation and he said he couldn't do a refund as the 14 day trial was over and now I had to purchase there rip off products! I screamed at him and told him off. I made 4 phone calls and got 4 different people and didn't get no refund! They told me the the information about everything was on there website I went back and checked it out there was no information what so ever. This is truly a scam they just start charging your credit card for the product and you did not authorize them to do so! I will continue to try hard to get me refund due to back I am going to my bank today to dipute this. they are doing dishonest business and this must be stopped asap! You can't find a website on them not any information at all, I think they operate out of a warehouse in St George, UT I hope you guys get them out of business. I should of personally known this was a big scam and I dont want anyone else to go thru what I have.

After looking at my Credit card statement I noticed a charge on there for some cream that i had ordered, and yes i had received a couple of tubes over the last couple of months. I decided since i first used the cream and it was not any good that i would go ahead and cancel my subscription. So i call the number on my credit card statement. He told me yes they took the money but had nothing to do with cancelling my subscription and gave me another number. I called the other number, they could not find my account, by name or address or credit card number told me to call back later. So i called the number on the box from Edison,Nj. smae thing could not find my account call back later. How can someone (manufacturer supposedly) not have a record of were there products go. Now i have my credit card people disputing the charges....

I feel this is an issue which really falls under Consumer Protection. The idea of marketing a product by offeringa free trial period, has become the number one rip-off method of promoting inferior products. I know this and I am so angry with myself.

I this case I feel doubly hurt because I really enjoyed the sweet loving personalities on 'Fixer Upper' which is why I was enticed into trying this product.

1. I thought something was wrong when I could not capture the screen. I knew I needed to have the exact words if something went wrong and it did. So I was ordering something for $10 postage and two weeks later I was charged $89 for one product and $99 for the other. Neither product is worth the postage.

2. When I called to complain, the sales person said there words in small print that explained the program. I know this is not true but I have no proof. I received no invoice, I have nothing about the product, there is no marketing info - nothing. As soon as the last digit of the credit card was entered, the screen disappeared. Everything about this promotion was sleezy.

3. Many of these online products depend on legal statements to cover all sins. The last thing they care about is customer satisfaction because the shipping is covering a good part of the product cost and two weeks later you are entered into an automatic renewal program at 10 to 20 times more than what the product is worth.

Online companies that promote products using a person's good name but then bleeding the customer with underhanded methods should be shut down. While the company is legally protected, in truth, this is customer fraud.

I clicked on an add for wrinkle cream that looked like it might work. Free trial size just pay $2.95 shipping. I saw no fine print indicating that I was signing up for anything else. When i finished it brought up another window asking me to order another product called anti-aging cream for $5.95. I clicked the X to delete the add and instead it automatically added it to my order, and immediatly finalized it. Two weeks later I had $89.95 and $99.95 deducted from my account. I have called them repeatedly at 844-823-5863 and after several calls they started telling me they would return my money but nothing yet. They are nothing but scams artists stealing money.

  • Jul 3, 2017

I saw the advert on Beaute instant wrinkle reducer and it was said that one could try it free but just to pay shipping and handling charges of $3.95. When I tried the product my skin was reacting negatively to it. I called the customer service and complained and asked them to cancel any other they might be contemplating on sending to me. I traveled out of Chicago thereafter to spend sometime with my in Huston. By the time I returned the company had sent two more of their product and charged $99.98 on my credit card. On closer look I discovered that they even charged $3.95 each time they sent the product to my home in Chicago. - Even though I called to cancel !

  • Jul 1, 2017

On line ad for samples of beauty cream. Pay only shipping and handling. Ordered the first product and the next was automatically added. There were no instructions whatever. As soon as my information was entered, both samples were ordered and l received an email. Still no instructions about canceling the service. I called the company and after much "discussion " Joel said they would refund my money. However, l do not believe him. He said corporate headquarters were in Maine (?). Charges were 99.95 and 89.95. And Dr. Oz was in the ad.

  • Jun 21, 2017

Do not respond to any add that states try this beauty cream or beauty wrinkle reducer for $1.00 or $4.95 you give your debit card number and then BAM...each month you recieve a tube of cream that I am scared to apply..keep sending..then they hit your account..starting at 19.95 several times, then 21.95 then 99.95. the transactions are all over.. and you dont know they are there until you check statements.

in 2 months they debited my account 11 times.. you can not call anyone when you call the number on the product, they say they sold the product and no longerhandle it, then give you another number to call..it states that it is not taking messages toemail them at [email protected]

  • Jun 19, 2017

To my surprise there was a charge on my debit account for $49.97 for the face cream and eye cream. I called 2 times to cancel my order. I was never told that I would be charged anything.

The Beaute wrinklr cream and eye cream don;t work and this company should be ashamed of herself.

Don't lie to people what a scam this offer is.

  • Jun 17, 2017

Tried to cancel subscription before the end of the 14 day trial period, service representative said ok and commences to tell me I have more time now to review the product, I refuse the offer. He continued to say it was cancelled but I would have to call again to give a review of the product. I asked for email confirmation and he said I should have the email cancellation in 24-48 hours. I asked why it took so long to get confirmation and he explained that's how long it can take to get through the system. I called BS and wanted to speak to a supervisor. Miraculously my email cancellation confirmation arrived instantly. I never did get to talk to a supervisor because he rudely hung up on me. Horrible customer service, do not care about you want.

An "article" popped up on my Facebook page about why Joanna Gaines (HGTV Fixer Upper) was leaving the show. The article talked about how skin care has always been important to Joanna. Next came an ad for Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Creme, leading you to believe this was a product developed by Joanna Gaines. I decided to order her "free sample" for the shipping price of $4.95. I filled in the order information and NEVER did I see or check a box for anything pertaining to "terms and conditions." Once I hit submit order, the information vanished from my screen. At that point, I thought something had happened and the order didn't go through.

A few days later, I received a package from a Las Vegas address with a 0.5 fl oz Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and a 1 oz Beaute Wrinkle Cream. There was nothing else included in the package. No letter or information of any kind. That struck me as odd, considering that with a sample, they would want to promote the product and give you information for future ordering. I set the samples aside and have never opened them.

Several weeks later, I got a fraud alert from my bank for a $99.95 charge which had taken place overnight during the early morning hours. I contacted the bank and informed them that I had not make a charge for that amount on my card. I was instructed to return my debit card to the bank for a reissue, which I did. I filled out the fraudulent charge information as well.

Now, Beaute Wrinkle Creme (AKA Fluorescent Skin Care) is telling my bank that I agreed to terms and conditions (again, which were never visible on the order form I filled out) to be charged $99.95 for my sample, which they now are calling a 14 day trial, and a monthly auto ship program of this product. If this was a legit company and they had been forthright with their information, I would have never ordered. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford $100 plus dollars a month for skin care. If this was a legit company, they would not piggyback their product to make it appear it was developed by someone of celebrity status. If this was a legit company, they wouldn't be using different company names or different phone numbers for contact purposes.

The FAX information my bank received from them is for Fluorescent Wrinkle Cream, not Beaute Wrinkle Reducer. The order form and information was completely different than what I filled out. I filled out an order for Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and never saw any of the order info or terms and conditions which they sent to my bank.

This is a SCAM operation and these people need to be put out of business. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's office to file complaints with them as well.

  • Jun 16, 2017

I ordered a trial size for 4.95 of Beaute Wrinkle Reducer. The add stated "no commitments" I was then billed for a tube the same size as the trial .5 oz for 99.95 without my knowledge. I called and found out it was subscription based. I asked to cancel and was given a hard time. I was asked to continue the subscription for a 25% discount. I firmly stated I wanted my subscription canceled. I am now calling my bank. This business needs to be shut down!!! Cheryl Buford GA

  • Jun 16, 2017

I purchased two products on the Internet Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and Beaute Wrinkle Creme. The advertisement said it was a trial size order and payment was for shipping and handling only. No where in the advertisement did it indicate that if you didn't call the company in 14 days you would continue to receive regular orders of these products.

Since I did not call to cancel, I received my credit card statement with charges of $99.95 for one product and $89.95 for the other. However, I haven't received the product yet and my billing statement was from 4/18/17. It is now 6/15/17.

When I called to cancel these orders I was told they would cancel any further orders but I would be responsible for the products billed on my credit card. I notified my credit card company and they are disputing these charges. On there advertisements they claim 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction or your money back! This was a lie since they refused to credit me for the products they haven't shipped yet and that I did not actually order. They are disreputable because they do not tell you up front and openly that if you accept the trial offer you will continue to receive this product until you call and cancel.

  • Jun 15, 2017

Beaute Creams's web site showed all the pluses for two products. One was a wrinkle reduce and the other a cream. It was supposedly on Dr. Oz and recommended highly by his guests. Thought I would try it. 14-day trial offer was free. Just had to pay for shipping. One was $3.95 and the other $4.95.

Received the product and tried it. In 14-days I didn't expect an improvement. Decided I might order a 30-day supply depending on price. Before I had a chance to order, I received my credit card statement. I was charged for $3.95 and $4.95 but also a charge for $99.95 and another for $89.95. Shock!! I immediately called the phone number on my order receipt.

I spoke to a gentleman named Sabien who had great difficuly speaking decent English. He, I think, said I had to pay the $99.95 and $89.95 for the trial shipment since I kept it and used it. I explained that I did not understand why. The two trial orders were FREE! After we went back and forth trying to understand each other, I asked him to transfer me to a Manager. He said he could not do that. There was no Manager there. We talked some more and I explained I was going to call my credit card company. I again asked to speak to a Manager. He said he would transfer me. Within 2 minutes I was disconnected.

I do plan to call my credit card company. We shall what develops. If Rip Off can help, that would be terrific.

Guess that's why I don't order much on the Internet. Unless I know absolutely it's a good product!

  • Jun 13, 2017

I placed an order on 5/3/17 for two trial sizes. On 5/30/17 I cheked my bannk account and saw they stole 99.95 fro me.

I didn't recieve any product and when I emailed them they said it for 14 day trial and it was automatically billed.

  • Jun 13, 2017

I received a promotional card on May 10, 2017 through the mail. I looked it up on the computer and at this time there was nothing about a scam. I was offered two products by Beaute Wrinkle Reducer for the mailing price of $3.95 and $4.95. When the bill arrived I was charged $99.95 and $89.95. When I called the phone number, I was told there were no refunds, and I was sent the large size jar. I called my Visa Card company and they were not interested in helping me. American Express is more responsive. I was told I had agree to these charges. I never signed anything, or checked anything to agree to these charges. The Order Confirmation did not show these charges. When I went back on line to look for the ad it had been removed and in it's place was a another scam ad. Something needs to be done about this.

  • Jun 12, 2017

I ordered my "free" trial sample of the "BEAUTE Wrinkle Cream" and "BEAUTE Wrinkle Reducer on 5/7/17, and paid $3.95 and $4.95 for shipping. On 5/10/17, I received my 2 products.

On 5/27/17, my husband noticed on 5/23/17, our credit card was charged for 2 products - GLAMOURSKINSERUM-$89.95 and EGRTS56*GAISRADIANT-$99.95.

I called Customer Service (PH# on website) and spoke w/ "Alex." I explained that I did not order any additional products, nor did I authorize any payment. Per Alex, he said I did not call wthin 14 days to cancel my order, thus I would be charged for the products and it was on its way. I asked that my account and any additional orders be cancelled. He agreed to cancel my account, but tried to offer me deals to try the product for a few more months. He said I woud receive an email showing the cancellation of all future orders. I did receive a confirmation email a short while after.

I reluctanly accepted the fact that the product was on its way and I would have to pay/eat the cost of $89.95 & $99.95.

Today is 6/10/17, and I still have not received the products, so I decided to call Customer Service to follow-up. I looked on the container and called the number that was listed (844)-388-3475 and spoke w/ Sergio. I explaind to Sergio that I did not receive the products and would like my credit card credited for the amount of the 2 products. He confirmed that my account and all future orders/products had been cancelled. I acknowledged that I did receive the email confirming the cancellation, but I have not recieved that product that "Alex" had stated was on its way. Sergio, stated that he would send me another email showing that my account was cancelled (gave me this reference #180411). I again asked for my credit card to be credited for the 2 products that was charged, but did not receive. He explained that because I did not call to cancel my order within 14 days, I would not be getting any future orders, but he was unable to refund me for the 2 products (that was suppose to be on its way, but never received). I then asked to speak to a manager, of course there was no manager available. He kept saying the manager and everyone above would tell me the same thing he is telling me. I kept insisting on speaking to a manager, then he said there would be 1-2 managers available on Monday, 6/12/17. I asked for a name of the manager that would be available, he said he was not sure.

After hanging up with Sergio, I began to read other complaints and finally understood what Sergio meant by not being able to credit me back. Because I did not call to cancel within 14 days, I would be charged $99.95 & $89.95 for the 2 products I received under the scam that I was receiving a "free sample." Yes, my account/future orders was cancelled, however, I got caught/scammed into paying for 2 items I ordered under the guise of being "free."

I don't know or think my bank would be able to cancel/deny the charges since it's been awhile. But, I would like to know if this company can be held accountable for this atrocious scam they are running.

  • Jun 10, 2017

Tried a free sample only agreed to pay shipping 4.95 received product after two months I mysteriously received a pkg that I never ordered from them . I decided to check my transaction history which stated over the last few months they were charging my card full price for my free trial and charging my card for new product I never agreed to buy.. called to see why they were charging my card they said I signed up for a 14 day free trial which I did not saying I agreed to pay full price after 14 days .. still doesn't explain why I was sent more product and getting charged for it.. ripoff I cancelled my supposed subscription and also cancelled my debit card

  • Jun 8, 2017

Signed up for a free sample of Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and gave them my credit card to pay for shipping. In June my bank informed me there was suspicous activity on my card and someone using the name angelic care tried to charge $99.95 on my card. I looked it up on line and it was a cancer spa. I called the number on the website and the owner said she had had numerous calls from women across the country with the same issue and that her spa had nothing to with the charges . I called the bank back and got a phone number from the transaction attempt. It turned out to be Beaute Wrinkle Reducer. The customer service agent said when ordering the "free sample" that I had agreed to pay $99.95 if I didn't cancel within 14 days. No where on the ad did it say anything about cancelling anything or being charged for the product. Just another crappy company try to take advantage of consumers. Plus using a spa name for cancer patients is very low. The tube was .5 ounces. Who would pay almost a hunderd dollars for a product. Only people who had been tricked with dirty business tactics. I am so thankful that my bank denied the charges.

  • Jun 8, 2017

I ordered glamcare,a facial cream that showed wrinkles disappearing in 3 mins. Which never happened. Called ten days after using & cancelled. But was charged & cream didn't come the next month. Cream came June 6, so again I called & questioned why I was still getting the cream. My card was charged $89.95 May & June . My credit card co intervened. I filed a dispute claim & pray everything Is resolved. A real scam. Watched Dr. Oz & he verified that the cream is a scam. I am thankful for credit card co & Dr. Oz. However, how do I join a class action suit against them or do whatever is necessary to stop this scam.

I ordered two samples from this company. The products received were .5 oz and 1 oz. Sample size. I was billed $3.95 and $4.95. Subsequently I was billed $89.95 and $99.95. No mention of this when the samples were ordered.

When I called, they said it was on the webpage. I am still waiting for a link to this because I don't believe it.

I offered to return the product for a refund. They said No Refunds. They don't care if you are satisfied or not. Bottom line, they don't care.

The company offered a free trial product with the requirement of credit card information. There are no terms of agreement between the consumer.

They billed me twice on my credit card at an exhorbitant amount considering the product was free.

My bank called the merchant on a 3-way call, the merchant refused to refund, he could not explain what the charges were for as there was no product to go along with the charges!

I believe the bank will get me the refund but buyers must beware!

False advertising show trail size for 5.99 shipping and handling then turned around took almost 200.00 out of my ss check with no authoritizion and now refuses to give my money back I would have stopped this had I known.

I apparently was only one of many who were taken by this company. They advertised on Facebook as a skin cream lotion. That the owners of this product were on TV and were praised by many. It was advertised as a free trial, well here it is a few months later and I am having over $180 credit charges added to my account each month. I am on a fixed income and can't afford it. I am hoping after seeing the site that there will be a resoution to this problem. Please let me know how to resolve this.

It was not made clear that you had 14 days to cancel. I thought I was paying for shipping for a sample. Next thing I know I am getting charged 190 dollars on my credit card. Called them and they were very rude and hang up on me You can get the same products from Amazon for a lot lot less. I think the whole thing is a scam. The product did not do what it said it would do.

I thought I tried the product for only $3.95 for shipping only. When I click the order button I then saw a another for $4.95 another order I did not put in. I printed information so I can them to cancelled the $4.95. When I printed the order. I read the information. That's when I saw charge of $99.75 I call the company and male answer my call could not understand a word he was saying. Told him I wanted to cancelled thar order, but could not. I call my bank ASAP and informed about was going. They cancedd the charge, But, I was informed to keep an eye on my accouct.

Ordered my trial wrinkle reducer and creme support for $3.95 and $4.95 respectfully.

Nowhere did I see that my account would be charged more money after the 14 day trial.

I was charged $99.95 and $89.95 with no notice and made my bank account overdrawn.

No refunds given, but if I paid for the trial samples, what was the $99.95 and the $89.95 for?

I should receive another months supply. I want my money back.

This product was on Internet and endorsed by popular personality on DYI network. I foolishly thought her name would not be associated with any sort of rip-off. I ordered with "free" sample using my credit card for shipping . Guess I didn't notice fine print about how charges worked. Never opened two small boxes and forgot about them. When I checked my card and saw $99 charges two weeks later, I called number enclosed and said I would like to return completely unopened samples. I was told my call would be switched to that department. Actually I was switched to Bogata Columbia and was told there was no way to credit my account once charges had been placed. Would like to know how many people were sucked into this!

I sent for the trial wrinkle reducer and was charged for shipping only but understood there would be no committment afterwards. I am on a fixed income and would never pay 99.95 for make-up. Facebook did not show anything but trial shipment and no committment. To my surprise I was charged 99.95 in my bankaccount. I contacted the company and all I kept getting was a person saying they would discount me if I would continue the product I told them NO I did not want anymore shipments, they said they could not refund my money and I told them to close this account. I used the product for a few days and it left little bumps on my face. I have notified my bank about this transaction and they are investigating this for me. I would rather have wrinkles than to have bumps on my face, I look like I have acne. Also I thought trial was just that trial not committentl

I got ripped off, I ordered the free sample for 3.95. Well the company took 3.95 out of my account and then 4.95. Now I'm overdrawn, cause they took 99.95 out of my account and they said nothing about the 99.95. I want my money back and this rip-off of a company should be shutdown! Rose Sevierville, Tennessee

Ordered "free trial" of Beaute Wrinkle Reducer online on 5/7/2017. Paid $3.95 shipping. Received the product with no paperwork included in the shipment. The tube is very small, 0.5 oz. On 5/22/2017 I noticed a pending charge on my debit card for $99.95. The name on the transaction shows edencream, Brooklyn, NY. I went through my emails and found the order confirmation from two weeks prior. I emailed customer service and told them I did not authorize additional charges to my card and I do not want the products. I received an email back confirming "cancellation" of my "account". I emailed again and told them to return the money to my account. Their next email to me stated that I should call their toll free number 844-388-3475. I called and spoke to "Joe" who said the product I ordered should have been returned within 14 days if I wanted to cancel the account. Told him I did NOT see anything in the information I read that said this. He continued to tell me they will not refund my money but have cancelled my account. I called my bank and found out all I can do is dispute the charge after the debit goes through. They will help me with the dispute. I doubt I will ever see my money again! This is a total ripoff! I will not fall for this type of thing again!

This product claimed there would be no further charges except for the cost of shipping and handling only. I was in the hospital with double pneumonia, when my debit card was charged twice. Once for $89.95 and another for $99.95. Not only did I not expect any charges and haven't even opened the product, but I also had no way to dispute this insane transaction.

Ordered supposedly "free trial" paying only for shipping. Then later on, two charges for $99.95 and $89.95. Total surprise! Called to request refund. Person was polite, but no refund available. Apparently there was a requirement to cancel "free" trial or else you get billed for what they send -- supposedly a month's supply. However, the samples were not large. Called and cancelled to prevent further charges. Unbelievable that a company can get away with such shoddy business practices. Will probably end my on-line ordering for some time to come!

Imagine my surprise this morning to find out I had a pending debit of $99.95 in my checking account. My bank provided me with a phone number for the company issuing the debit, so I called it, and found out that I had won a "gift" for taking a survey and all I had to pay was a shipping & handling fee. That fee was only supposed to be $3.95 (about that amount).

When I called the company, Beaute Wrinkle Reducer, they explained that since I had not called them in a "14-day trial period" they were charging me for the wrinkle reducer and creme. The fee I am being charged is $99.95.

I told the gentleman that I didn't realize there was a trial period... or a fee for $99.95. I told him that I am 70 years old and am on a fixed income, and can't afford that fee, and I would never even consider buying skin care/makup for that amount! I said I can't pay it, and since it was still in Pending mode with the bank, could he just refund my money. He said no, that it was too late.

Right now I have the funds to cover it, but since it was not figured into my monthly budget, other things I needed to buy would have to be on hold... and this includes food.

Since I did some research on the company, I found that the exact same thing had happened to other people. And everyone said to let other people know to not buy into this product because it is a scam. At this point, the $99.95 is in Pending mode, but at any time it could clear. I am stuck with that fee. I have run out of options on what to do about it. I am going to let as much of the world know about this as I can and hope that nobody else has to go through what I have.

This company is a complete scam. I purchased a trail of their creams . When purchasing there was no indication that I was agreeing to a reoccurring payments of 99.95 and 89.95. 14 days after receiving the sample I was charged without my permission . After multiple phone calls with very rude customer service reps from the company. They claim that when I purchased the trail I was agreeing to terms for reoccurring payments. This was not clear at all, I checked my confirmation emails I received and no where did it state of the reoccurring charge. Nor did it state that you need to cancel by a certain date or you would be charged. I also visited the website again , to see if I had missed something and sure enough no where on the page did it state that by purchasing the trail you would be automatically charged these additional fees. Also when speaking to the rep I asked , since they charged my $200 was I still receiving more product? They stated no , that the product they sent was actually a full size product.

Which I never agreed to purchase a full size product. I was under the impressing that I was recovering a trail. After speaking with multiple representations, asking to speak with a manger and being told no one was available that at first they claimed they do not do reimbursements at all, after pressing the issue they then claimed they could give me only 25% in credit back. This company is a scam . Do NOT purchase the free trail I will be pursing this in order to be refunded y money .

Ordered a trial of 2 different face creams and immediately canceled my account. Tried to cancel my order, but they kept saying they couldn't find my account or order info, even though I gave them my order confirmation number. I called and they said that the product I received wasn't Bio Ganisse and that they didn't know why all the emails I received gave their contact info. SCAM! I am pissed! Nearly $200.00 for garbage!

I ordered a trial bueaty cream on a one time order. They keep sending more lotions every month. I can not find a phone number to stop the orders.

  • May 1, 2017

I did not complete the transaction on the site offering a free sample because I read the "terms and conditions" and was unwilling to pay $99.75 per month for future automatic shipments if product not returned within 14 days. I closed the window but recieved an order confirmation anyway, see below. No info was included for the return but a card with the support email and company address.

I typically do not go for "free samples" but read the fine lines and no where did it note that I would receive regular shipments if I did not cancel within a certain amount of time. I contacted the company after been charged $99 from one NV location and $89 from their NJ location. I was told that they did not do refunds even if the products were returned unopen. I had to request a Confirmation # of the "cancellation." The representative was rude by responding with "what" when I would ask a question. I asked her to make a notication in her computer system that "custormer reported returning the products and was requesting a refund." She told she could not do that. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency. I encourage everyone who has experienced this to do the same.
