I sent for a "free" sample (paying only postage) and did read the fine print that said they would drop ship the product once a month with a $95.00 charge on your credit card.
You had to notify them within 14 days to cancel if you did not want the monthly shipment.
There was nothing in the package but the creams. There was no indication where it came from and no invoice or shipping sheet in the package. However, I cannot find any information about contacting them. No e-mail, no phone, no physical address.
When I got on the computer to send an email cancelling the continuing shipments, I could no information of any kind. All the web sites that jumped up when I used the search feature went to the same place--the place where you order your free sample.

She stated that they handle all the calls that comes into the support center and her supervisor was not available to talk to me. Ggisela also stated that they DO NOT give out REFUNDS under no circumstance. But Ggisela clearly stated that they do have a money back guarantee. IF YOU CALL BEFORE THE 14 DAYS IS UP. I explained I had been out of town and samples were not even opened and would like to return samples and have my credit card credited. Was told no refunds were allowed, but they could give me 1/2 price on future items. I said no I just want to return samples and get my money back.. I told the person to cancel all future shipments and charges and said that I didn't recall ever seeing a statement that I had to call within a 14 day period to cancel participation in their auto shipment program. The company rep told me a lot of people misinterpret the word "trial" as a free sample and that is not the case. I think that they intend to mislead the consumer. Avoid this product and this company before you get caught up in their intentional consumer snare.
I called 844-388-3475 and spoke to agent Pamelo (declined to spell for me) who would not honor my request to cancel any & all future shipments / charges. He wanted me to wait until August 11 and then call back, I asked several times to cancel the account and finally asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied stating not in building , I have worked in customer service for over 30 years for major companies and know that could not be true. I told him he has made the call unnecessairly tense and to please respect my request to cancel the account, I could hear voices on lines in background dealing with customer the same way!!

Then about two weeks later I was at the gas station trying to get gas and my debit card was declined, I knew that I should have money in my bank to cover it I called my bank and I was overdrafted! It was because of this company Beaute Wrinkle Reducer they charged me 99.95 for that little bottle of cream. Also besides the 99.95 I also had a overdraft fee of $36! That $99.95 was all the money I had in the bank to live off of the rest of the month, because I am disabled and get a small check every month. I called the company and told them I didn't order anything that was 99.95 and I wanted my money back! They said that I couldn't do that because I didn't call them within two weeks to cancel it. I was like what are you talking about I knew nothing about calling them!! It was supposed to be just the shipping of $3 for a sample!
