We recieved a quote for bearings and linear guides. we transfered the money more than 10 days ago.
since the money was transfered i have tried to send numerous emails and try to call them more than once a day with no response what so ever. upon searching the net i found out that this is not the first time this company has misconducted and took money without providing the goods.
Placed an order for 700 eur, price was descent, close to another offer so very realistic so don’t place any bigger order to this company. No answer for the last 2 weeks after payment delivered....
We made a purchase on late Feb 2020, after that, the communication with Ciprian has been extremely poor from his end with no positive answer at all, ignoring emails, phone calls and whattsapp messages, when in the quotation process he was more than quick. we paid over 914.00 Euros (plus exchange rates and comissions), we are starting legal actions in Rumania through the BBB if we do not hear from him in the next couple of days.

Same situation like yours on end of april 2019 receive a reasonable quote for some special bearings, I pay bank transfer about 1300 euros
and from then nobody answer or if they answer they always says the same thing "we will send them in 2 days"

I paid 154€ for a bering in ott 25th, today nov 18th, from 2017 he is still earning.
