This guy is a joke! I went to look at a 04 acura and scanned it with my manheim app and it came up 220+k miles! but yet the odometer says 73k..... also the car is a complete BUCKET.. Its junk and he acting like its rare and mint low miles... then the minute you say anthing he acts all tough and hard.. Thats a great way to run a business!
minute he knows he not getting your money he turns aggressive and gets all tough.. we just got out of there .. but after being disturbed by the whole thing I googled his number and found this and all kinds of bad stuff.. I guess this is his normal M O i just hope others dont get ripped!

Bought a car advertised on ebay from this scammer and he doctored the back of the title from 190.092 to 070.092 and clocked the odometer in the car to 74k the car has almost 200k on it and the title is void from being forged/doctored.
avoid this guy at all cost. He is being investigated by the Motor Vehicles, Attorney General, IRS, State Police, and the Feds
this is normal practice with Anthony Palmer. he get donated cars at a salvage auction dirt cheap and paints the seats and carpets and rolls them back hundreds of thousands of miles and Doctors and forges all paperowork.
Soon as he has your money in hand he turns into a thug like 2pac and starts threatening you. He is on steriods and a muscle head so tries to scare and threaten everyone.

Also the car all have severe mechanical issues that is why they were donated to a salvage auction to be taken off the road! didnt even make an hour ant all the lights cam on dash and it wouldnt even go! I was unaware of this until I found a document in the glove box stating the 190k miles after he pulled the wool over my eyes! He was too lazy to even clean the glove box!
just patch the car up quick doctor the miles on title and odometer and scam innocent people! He does this in all his life practices! Beware of any and all dealings with any names listed above! I have all proof of title and odometers even on other cars he is selling! I have the original title from the auction before he forged it!
