Had the same problem as most others. I purchased a book from them over the internet and then find that they hav been billing me monthly, signing me up for a membership that I did not agree to. But I am a real sucker as they have been paying them in the amount of $9.95 per month since 2011 and I didn't give much mind to the charge notice in my credit card bill until 2015. It stood out because while I tend to buy a lot of books (not in any way usually from this company), I had not purchased a book for a few months and tend to now use my debit card for such purposes. I checked my e-mails for confirmation buys of books and there was not anything recent or remotely recent in book purchases. I called BestBrandValaues to find that I was listed as having "subscribed" for a membership. This is ABSOLUTE BS. This is a major rip-off scheme and I'm surprised, given how some of the complaints from others date back quite a while, that this outfit hasn't been slammed closed and the owners haven't been jailed yet.
