Banksupplies is a ripoff, scam bait and switch company. Their so-called customer service number just forwards to another third party answering service that puts customers on hold indefinitely. We called them because they didn't send what was ordered, pictured, described on their website. I was repeatedly hung up on by their staff. When I finally spoke to the owner RustyWigal, he swore at me and hung up on me also.
I literally had to contact my creditcard to reverse the charge due to Banksupplies false-advertising and fraudulentBusiness practices. I later learned that Bank Supplies isn't a legit company and instead just is a credit card scam site that defrauds customers.
Their employees must be trained in how to defraud customers. It took me two days to finally get through to anyone here regarding them sending me the wrong order / items. Even then the service was subpar at best. Learn from my mistakes there are much better reputable companies in this industry many that have far better pricing.
That greasy Rusty Wigal only focuses on short term profits and willDefraud customers and then hide behind his idiot secretaries like the little b**ch that he is.
