This company is a sham. They have NO personal contact, you can ONLY text them, they work out of an apartment and if you try to get your money back they will stop emailing and responding to texts.

I ordered a pair of custom NFL shoes, PRIOR to ordering them I specifically inquired with "Josh" about the durability of the logo, more specifically I asked if it would come off. I was told it is durable but if it should come off they warranty their work for the LIFE of the shoes.

I went ahead and ordered them, I have that guaranty in writing in an email. Standard shipping is 3 weeks, I was told in order to get the shoes in time, I would need to pay for the expedited shipping ($45), which I did. It still took 3 weeks to get the shoes and just in time, I had to contact the Supervisor of my Local post office to watch for them and pull them aside, you would think for $45 they would have been on Fed Ex! Nope, this 'company' is greedy beyond belief.

Next, I wore the shoes a total of 4 times, once outside to a game, no inclement weather, and did not play any sport in them. I wore them in my office for 9 hours, I wore them on a plane to a game where it was going to be cold and wore boots to the actual game, and I wore them in the Mercedes Benz Dome for SUPER BOWL 53.

When I returned home from the Super Bowl, I noticed the logo cracking and coming off on BOTH shoes. I contacted this 'company' about it and they proceeded to ask for photos, which I didn't have a problem with. When the resonded they told me I wore these shoes to play a sport or that I wore them in inclement weather, which I did neither.

We went back and forth about them replacing the shoes or even repairing them, as per "Josh" and their 'lifetime warranty' but they flat out refused. When I told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB they just ceased communicating at all, no return emails, no return texts, nothing. Finally when they did respond, it was to my complaint with the BBB, in which they then stated they would take the shoes back for a 60% 'restocking' fee. 60% restocking fee on custom shoes?? I paid $198 and I want a full refund. These people are utterly ridiculous and clueless as to how customer service works.

I have since filed in Small Claims here where I live, I have sent 2 Certified Mail letters containing the Small Claims paperwork and each time they refused to sign for it, therefor constituting no proof of sevice! This company, and it's employees, however many there are in that apartment are SHADY!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give this shady 'company' your money, unless you like to just throw your money away.
