I ordered for my son for the first time this month and it was the biggest mistake! One outfit for him looks like it was made for a girl. One shirt I ordered a size up and it was STILL way too small for him. I ordered a hat and instead got 2 hair elastics, and still waiting on an outfit 25 days later that says on tracking it's still not even in the U.S. AND EVERYTHING CAME FROM CHINA! The fabric looks and feels cheap! Horrible quality. I would not have paid $60 for what I got... and I'm still waiting for someone from the company to get back to me. So upsetting!
I am in no means trying to be rude, but these products were horrible. I ordered the romper and a onesie. First problem with them is the extremely CHEAP material that they’re made of! Second problem is the neck holes were large enough to fit an adult sized head through! There’s NO WAY possible that my baby will ever “grow” in to that. Third, there was a hole in the bottom of the garment! When I brought this up the company, I was asked to pay return shipping to return the product even though it was defective. I also see where they say they are based out of Utah? Really? Then please explain to me why when tracking my order it was shipped from CHINA??!! Then explain to me once delivered why all the writing was in Chinese??!! You also say you’re a mom... so, from one mom to another, we are spending money on a product only based on your word.. with that being said, I won’t be ordering from you again as there has been some false advertising.
Purchased 2 items a month ago and they are stating they have yet to ship. Reached out to customer service 3 times with zero response. Later found that many people have had similar experiences. This company is the definition of a scam.
I have no posted poor reviews on 3 sites and will continue to do so until receiving a refund. I will also reach out to any company associated with this store and complain. Definition of a scam. If you’d like to throw money away and never receive an item or response from the support team, this is your store!
