This company seemed good on the surface but instead all the promises of web design, seo and other internet services were inaccurate. I tried to be patient with this company and gave them the benefit of the doubt when hiring them for the internet marketing services they promised me but they couldn't deliver on any of them. At first the company was really decent to us in their pitch promising us they'd work with us on development of our site and website design, even telling us they'd come out to us to help us with our web design in Irvine office.

Once they finished their work, they refused to help us with any work unless we signed a long-term retention contract, which had a bunch of stuff we didn't need or want. The company's president all of a sudden turned very rude and demanding telling us that they did all they could to help us and that our case was out of the realm of what they promised us. He insisted on us signing a contract with them or he wouldn't help us with the work that we all agreed on and he started insisting on repeated phone meetings where he would complain about various team members that he claimed didn't know how to do their job, even insisting that we fire on at one point.

We signed up for some Web services from this small company out of Irvine, CA, on the recommendation of a former employee of ours who had worked with them in some other capacity. When we signed the contract for our Web deisgn project, we were assured that we'd be getting our Web project completed to our satisfaction but it wasn't and when we contacted the B2 Group's President, we were told it wasn't there job anymore and they decided to hand it off to us even though we weren't ready. What followed was a series of screaming phone calls from B2's President where he screamed at us, called us stupid, told us we were incompetent and told us we had to sign a retention contract for them to do anymore work for us.

Later, we tried to tell him that his services came as part of a recommendation from a former client of his and he mentioned that that referral was part of a kickback program where he paid people for referrals, which explains why such horrible business practices where B2 Groups' Web design projects are half-completed and followed-up by harassments and a President who yells at his clients were referred to us. Stay far away from this company unless you enjoy paying to get yelled at and made to feel as though your business isn't good enough to work with B2 Group Global.

I work for a company that contracted the B2 Group to help us with a Web site redesign and was referred to B2 Group by a friend. In the beginning, the company's CEO was very nice and told us he'd be happy to work with us on every detail of the development. Because of the reference, we happily accepted the arrangement and decided to work with the B2 Group despite their outrageously high prices.

About halfway through the project, the company's CEO flipped on us and started making outrageous demands including having us QA all of their changes even though that was not part of the original agreement. On top of that, the company's CEO began berating us for all sorts of issues they came up with that they continued insisting were not within their scope of work even though the claim was obviously false. The group continued to work on the project despite B2 Group's CEO continuing to harass us on every step for what they claimed was an inability on our part to do their work for them.

B2's CEO continued to act very unprofessionally including name-calling, harassing various team members at all times of day and night and even threatening us on various levels for asking them to complete their work for them. The company outright refused to do QA on their work on the website design and development and insisted that we do their work for them. The CEO continued to tell us how irritated he was with us and tried to intimidate various team members over the phone for his inability to get work accomplished including lawsuits for not accepting his team's terrible work.
