I had no licence that time. First job was about to finish status not paid still. They offer other job in other city for 15000$ electrical wiring for one apartment. Starting other job I've noticed they close access to first job site in SF. They hire other electrician to finish my first job and refuse to pay me amount promised. When I ask for my next progress payment for the second job progect they start saying that Company has no founds and they couldn't pay.
With all records I filed claim to labor commission After meeting I got set of documents for a court. My last meeting with B Side representative on August 2015 ended they offered to pay me my next and last payment closer to 25 of December. It never happened. I took one a job of one apartment wiring for $15000 Ended with same price but for two apartments and the made me pay for the materials. Wish every service or potential employee to be aware. They are very sweet when they hire you but never keep up on promises. They pay less than a minimum wage in equivalent on 1099 ( you will have to pay tax yourself ) This company take advantage of desperate workers.
