Do not under any circumstances engage with axetrades.com. The "parent" company is Rolltrade LLP. There is no chance you will recover your investment or ever withdraw a dime. I have logged hundreds of emails, phone calls, screen shots and filled with false promises and outright lies. The company pretends to have a hierarchy of managers. The principal people I dealt with were Ernest Reed and John Ryan.
Background: I made an investment in late August and advised I should not be given any bonus which was suppose to allow me to make trades and withdraw. Mr. Ernest Reed decided to place 6x the bonus money in the account and make a few trades which "contractually" obligated me to make a 30 to 1 trade. When I initially signed up the trade ratio was 3 to 1 but it was changed without notiification or any agreements signed. I have screen shots and recordings outlining the exact scan scenario.
I tried to withdraw money and was told on numberous occasions that I could do it but the day would come and go with excuse after excuse. They even went to the extent to draw up a fake letter for me to pursue a chargeback with the credit card company. Of course they had already severed any relations with their payment processor. They even made a fake call pretending to be an IRS official from Virginia outlining a lawsuit against Axetrades and mentioned John Ryan's name. The pretense was to have me travel to Washington DC to testify.
The iist of lies and false promises is voluminous. Do not under any circumstances engage with this company.
