Just Received another letter.

I do have the winning number but they keep asking for delivery money. Which I send back to them proof that I do have winning number , however if they want delivery money they'll get it once it's delivered. I get a request for proof and funds DAILY. The last letter I sent with proof but no funds and wrote them a letter telling them EATHER pay or just STOP PLAYING THESE GAMES. IM NOT SENDING ANY MONEY. I'm going to send it out tomorrow from the post office and get proof of who it was delivered to and when. I know it's a scam and I really wish they would stop playing me. I just lost my husband to illness and things are already tough

This is yet another scam from a prize publishing company. I received an envelope in the mail that was "Protectively Sealed-Official Documents Enclosed. " It looked very official. Inside there were 2 pages of official documents with official numbers on them. Basically, in somewhat confusing language I had won $1,327,940.00.

It seemed official because they were not asking for any bank information; just sign the letter and send in a simple $3.00 for rush processing. Oh, and if you wanted an addendum of Premium Offer (what does that even mean?) worth $2,500, you just have to include $12.99. Ok, that sounded legit.

Not. I checked online. Scam. They are just getting smarter about it. Always check anything you get in the mail or in your email account. Always check!

Promise of $2,000,000.00 providing i send $1189 to elect receipt of valuable offer premium offer.

  • Oct 3, 2017

Like many others, I received the sweepstakes letter from Award Notification Commission. In the fifth paragraph of the letter, it states " an Aquisition Fee for the Premium Offer is due and must be enclosed as required for $12.99 payable to ANC". Aquisition fee for what? What specifically is being aquired? What is the "Premium Offer" for? The offer of what specifically? The Aquisition Fee and Premium Offer are not defined in any of the documents. So what exactly are consumers being charged for ANC?

  • Sep 29, 2017

The company I am reporting has sent me numerous award-winning letters which I have thrown away until now. Somehow they got my number and they keep calling me and I keep blocking them it is starting to get really annoying when I woken up at three in the morning by one of these stupid solicitors thanking I'm dumb enough to vote for this. However the phone calls really need to stop I have asked him to remove my number and they will not serve this helps anybody in anyway then I've done my job.

  • Sep 26, 2017

I'm really sick and tired of these type of scams being able to rotate in our society. I've worked hard for my money and I pay close attention to letters of notification is sent to me especially when they claim I've won a lump sum of money , but they want me to send money in order to receive my prize. I'm LIVID behind all of this because each and every time these letters come it gives me false hopr that maybe, just maybe this time it's true.

I really would like to see these crooks caught and put in jail for a very long time because this isn't fair to U.S citizens.

  • Sep 6, 2017

I was sent a letter, really official looking. saying I had won a prize that I could use 1,325,000.00net or 66,666.66 over a 30 yr period. I was to send a money order or check to them as a processing fee. this is not the first time this has happened to me, but I always throw them away. This one I kept for proof. they have come at me thru the phone internet and now US mail. this came from Kansas City, Kansas.

  • Aug 2, 2017

I received a letter from Award Notification Commission today informing me that I have a choice as to whether I want to receive a single, lump payment of $1,325,000 or $2,000,000 over 30 years. They want me to send a mandatory $11.89 for processing ($14.89 for RUSH). I will receive a crystal necklace for doing so. I had to scour the document to realize this was not PCH. There is no telephone number or URL on the documents.

The letter also stated an Acquistion Fee for Premium Offer is due as required for $12.99 payable to the office od ANC. Enclose remittance by cash, check, or money order.

  • Apr 22, 2017

I recieved this ANC OFFICIAL JUDGING AND PROCESSING FORM stipulating I may have won 2 million dollars and to enclose a payment of $11.89. I recently have been playing the PCH so I was hesitant thinking it was from them but no where on the letter did it say Publishers Clearing House. So I looked up the name of the names of the auditor and the director and BOOM right to scam repot! Glad I checked first!

I actually did not get ripped off but I'm letting people know to watch for this letter in the mail It comes from processing/Distribution Divison in Kansa City KS. I thought it may be something from Publishers Clearing House since I have entered into that drawing but there wasn't anything that said PCH anywhere on the letter. Good thing I did a little investigating on my proposed $2 Million dollar winnings as I Googled the two names of auditor Charles H Jacobs and director Charles W Fox and immedialtely was directed to this site.

  • Mar 21, 2017

I recieved this letter today March 20,2017. Thinking it was another Publishers Clearing House letter to fillout. I had actually filled it out and asked my husband which option should I pick. It was 2,000,000.00 Annuity of 30 Annual Payments of 66,666.66. Or Lump Sum of 1,325,000.00. But, I had to enclose 12.99 for Premium Offer Purchase Fee for the 2500.00 gift certificate for 75% off Wonrewards.com online merchandise and service offering. That was the first thing that made me suspicious. No Purchase Necessary to Enter. The address is in Kansas City, Kansas. I knew then it couldn't have anything to do with Publishers Clearing House. They said", Please contact our office at once in reference to # such and such but, no phone #. William S. Barstow Director or Victoria Mears Accounting.

  • Feb 27, 2017

I received letter from this company stating that I win $2,000.000 They was requesting me to send them $12.99 payable to ANC in form of check, cash or money order. I would love to sue those thiefs .

  • Feb 25, 2017

A letter from Judging Office & Decisions Center arrived in the mail claiming I had won $1,325,00.000 and had the opportunity to either receive a lump-sumcheck for the mentioned amount or $66,666.66 for 30 years which was supposed to total $2,00,00.00.A payment of $12.99 by either cash, check, or money order, would process the completion. Once this amount was received, I would then be required to provide a routing number and account number for the money to be routed into my account.

The only possibility of response was by mail, with no direct number to contact th Judging Office & Decisions Center if necessary. The forms looked very official and included an official rules slip with no obvious grammarical or spelling errors. If I had not looked it up to see if it was true, then I might have considered sending in the $12.99. It seemed odd that I would have pay for anything since I had not signed up for anything.

  • Feb 22, 2017

Rcvd letter of notification i had won either:

Option a, check in the amt. Of $1,327,949. Or

Option b, annuity in the amt. Of $2,009,000.00 which will be remitted to me by annual pymts of $66,666.66 per yr. For 30yrs. When i pay the required acquistion fee of $12.99.

Knowing fuul right that this could possibly a dangerous cam that could wipe out my monie if i were to pay said amt. Of $12.99. What i have trouble with is the fact that there are so many that might fal 'll for this. This has to be stoppes to prevent someone falling into financial ruins.
