I check my credit report and there was an account that was not mine and when I called Awa Collection to talk with them about the account. the woman was very rue and told me to pay it away way that they had all the proof that they needed, I asked to speak with the manager and she hu on me. I am going to sue this company andf if there is anyone out there that willing to sue them I would be open to a class action law suit I have an attorany that is willing to take the case and you will NOT have to pay him he will get paid from the law suit. Please let me know they have to be STOPED.
Reporting a debt to the credit bureau that's not mine in order to make me pay it to remove it from my credit file. My credit score is over 700 and this is the only collection account on it. They are hurting my credit. I told them several times oits not mine. They just said pay oit and we will take it off. I want them to take it off. I'm filing reports with the state of Ca,Fl and Tn where they have license.
