I was called by Avangatee Services LLC and told that I had been hacked and theym showed me supposed entries showing hacking into my checking, savings, and stock account but the said the funds had not been withdrawn. They said they could clean up my system and install antihacking programs to protect me for $1899 in a check. Unknowingly a agreed to let them go ahead nd thy had my system for about 1 1/2 hours. I have since checked on the internet and found that they are a scam outfit and i am not sending my check.
I believe this is a case of scam artists hitting eldrly people who are not up on all the computer age gonig on.
I paid 3989 dollars to this company and was guarenteed my computer would be safe for life, tonight my computer was infected with numeral viruses and I had to pay additional amount to Microsoft Security to get my computer fixed and was told that no company can guarentee protection for life. When I contacted Avangatee Services, LLC for a full refund they stated I could not get a refund due to the fact that I used their service and that they told me I was suppose to contact them once a month; which they never stated when I signed up.
Company puts a pop-up on your computer which looks like it was sent by Amazon. When you call them they tell you that your computer has been hacked by foreign hackers and your IP has been used to go to porn sites. They then show you a list a Visa Card numbers and social security numbers which appear to have been planted by them. They say they will fix your computer for $349.00. They install some bats and phony icons. They did install C-Cleaner and then used it to block the computer from going to C-Cleaner's web site and all BBB's. You try to go to your local BBB, you get a "Web Page not Available"
They then ask for your checking account number , if you refuse, they terll you to send them a check.
Told me the Russian had hacked into my computer and were planning to steal $10k from my bank account. They could secure my computer for a lifetime for$399.00 and ask me fast would I send the money to them. They were very convincing up to this point. I told the caller I wasn't going to be mailing him any money. " I don't anything about you ". He got upset and ask me did I know the reason I was born? " I told him not to be his sucker ". He said you have no reason to be born hung up. I didn't loose any money . I wanted to get this information out there maybe it can help someone. *
I detected the scam and disengaged with the caller. I didn't submit to their scam.
Avangatee Services called me. They used to be called Devine Services. They showed me that I had been hacked by Russia and I needed a new security system. They put one in at the cost of 499.00. They said send a check instead of a credit card. Seems to me most companies like this require a credit card. Now reading all the scams about this company do I pay for what they did or get ahold of microsoft and take the system. I was hacked once and called Microsoft and FBI. Please advise me what to do.

BUT THEN...THE CONVERSATION CHANGED TO INSTALLING SECURITY SOFT WARE...COST $239.99 FOR ONE YEAR.
THE CALLER, JAMES MORIS, WAS IN A VERY NOISY SERVICE CALL CENTER (READ AS BOILER ROOM). HE ASKED ME TO CLICK ON A LINK--THAT WAS MY GOOF. BUT HE HAD TAKEN OVER MY PC AND PROCEDED TO RUN VALLID DIAGNOSTICS ON THE PC. THEN HE INSTALLED SEVEN SECRITY SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ON THE PC. i WAS FAMILIAR WITH TWO OF THEM: CCLEANER AND MALWARE BY MALWAREBYTES.

Then I called Iolo System Mecahnics @ 877-239-4656 and then Some how I was Transfered to Avangatee.
They explained I needed to Pay them: $489.00 inorder for them to repair my System thur the internet.
And I explained I didn't have the money to do so, but I could by the 26th of March 2016. that was Two weeks before then that would have been on or about March 10th, or 11th. And since I didn't Trust them getting into me Account I told them I had No Checking Account, and I would sent a Money Order on the 26th Wich I Did!
They showed me I have Hackers in my Computer (Still do!), System is being Monitored by other Countries, and even showed thet they were trying to get credit line $25,000.00.
I allowed them access to my system, and they took over 4 hours to check & correct my system.
And I had to call them back since they Stopped working on my computer. Two days Later I wanted my Money Back after finding All the Programs They were using are Free Programs That are Not Licensed to them.
They said they would refund $200.00, but I haven't seen any of it!
And ever since It seems They are Monitoring my system when I get on line.

wait for an email to get my reference number. When the e-mail came I clicked on a website, that brought
me to a telephone conversation, the gentleman said I had signed up to protect 5 computers for 2years ,
which cam to a total of 579.00. I hung up the phone, they kept calling back and I would not answer. They
eventually reached my husband and needless to say that went over like a lead balloon. I still would not finish
any agreement. The next day I called back, and with some not so nice words, I wanted my money back.
I spoke to a man who was a billing supervisor, Sanjit, he said he would give me a 500.00 refund and it should show uo in the next 10 t0 12 days, with a confirmation #of 10707.
This was May 29th, I have not received any money or any more contact.
This company must be stopped intimidation and fearare wrong. This company relies on fear of losing money from your bank account and other identity . I was a victim last year and they have worked on my computer recently, that's what woke me up to this scam this time. I noticed the name and location was on the better business bureau report with 29 complaints. I was taken for 1800.00 for a supposed NASA security that I would never need security again. Well I called them to get my computer performance fixed and they told me I am being hacked now and thst I need to get this network security for 1759.00 This time or I will lose my savings, I told the tech I cent afford that now. The tech told me write a check for 1759.00 and he would go ahead and stop them now. This really irritates me that this can happen to anybody
This company sold a $500 customer service package via cold call to my senior age cousin by telling her that her "network" has been breached and that her identity was stollen. They told her she couldn't wait to talk to me. They installed a lot of questionable software on her computer. When I called to cancel the service 3 days later and let them know that no check would be coming they threaten to sue. After uninstalling their software, I ran a virus scan and found some abnormalities.
