AUVELA is a fraud! I recently filed a complaint against Auvela for making unauthorized transactions on my visa and mastercard. My banks notified me that there were some unscrupulous transactions made to my accounts by Auvela using the following names:

(1) Thebellavel.com

(2) ESSENTNATURE.COM

(3) Thebellavel.com

(4) THENELLASKIN.COM

My credit cards are always in my possession and I have not authorized nor participated in any of the above transactions. I immediately called the attention of Auvela via chat but all the representatives I’ve spoken with hung-up on me. Then, I filed a dispute letter thru email address [email protected].

Auvela replied that my orders were already processed, hence, cancellation would not be feasible. Our exchange of communication thru email were like a broken record. It failed to provide me any explanation why such incidents happened.

Good thing, my banks expressed concern and offered help to investigate the matter. The process will take about 65 days according to the bank personnel. To date, the huge amount that Auvela billed me were on "floating status” until such time that the findings are completed.

AUVELA’s SCAMMING TRICKS

On 26 June 2019 I ordered the Auvela cream for S$49.95 but was charged for S$229.77. I immediately wrote to cancel the order but an automated reply said “We aim to respond to all emails within 48-72 business hours, but due to high demand of our products, this process could take longer. And before you know it, next day came a reply to say that the product has been processed and is on its way to you. There appears to be a live chat. When you attempt to chat, a robot says “Hi my name is Kobe, how may I help you”. Before you could type, the chat session ended. It’s the biggest cosmetic online fraud. All the phone numbers given are all bogus numbers as you can’t get through them.

Scam

Yes it's a scam and unfortunately so many people got tricked. How can Yahoo/ Google and Facebook giants not screen out these scams? They are in everyway complicit when they don't filter out, happily take the advertising dollars (Dirty money) and allow these fake businesses to thrive.

Auvela Scam Using Michelle Yeoh

I never thought I would fall for such a thing as I usually would do research on a product but when the so-called “offer” was about to end within 30 minutes on April 11, 2019. I hurriedly ordered it even though my gut was sensing something amiss. Within half and hour, I replied the email from the company, “GLOWANDRIGHT” to cancel my order but an automated email says they can only respond within 48-72 hours. As it was already 1am, I immediately contacted Citibank through LIVE CHAT to cancel the transaction but they say they cannot do it as I have to cancel the order from the merchant. As I told them that its a scam, Citibank offered to block my credit card to prevent future charges, so I agreed to cancel just to be safe. I will have to apply for a card replacement. I have also emailed to Citibank to submit a dispute to not pay for the transaction as its a true scam.

False advertising

Auvela does false advertising, claiming that the line is owned by various celebrities. None of the customer service phone numbers provided on their website work, no invoice is sent, and the email support service is useless too.

auvela is a fraud

i thought that the product was real so bought. it was shown on the website for 2700 rs but the website charged my card to rs10000. luckily i had used a debit card not a credit card so the back representative called me up to confirm the transaction. I immediately stopped payment.

Do not buy from this website it is a fraud.

Auvela Scam

False advertising on interview with Michelle Yeoh and incorrect billing of S$229.77 when it was supposed to be S$49.90! I had a shock when I got the email confirmation and called Citibank immediately to stop the transaction which was made 15 minutes ago. Citi said they could not stop the transaction and I have to write to seller to cancel. Why would the seller willing to cancel if it's a fraud? I asked about the status of the transaction and was told it's pending. Then I immediately instructed them to block the card. Meanwhile, I emailed seller to cancel the order. Emailed Citi Fraud team to inform and told them not to charge my card and to block this fraud company as so many Citi customers are cheated.

Auvela scam

I have faced the same issue with Auvela. They posed a fake news in Facebook through which I was taken to their website. Further, they took my credit card details and charged a big amount without my knowledge. I have filed a dispute.
