Auto Giants, Inc Reviews

I went to this dealer to purchase a vehicle about a month ago.During the test drive the TPS(Tire Pressure Sensor) light came on.I made the salesperson aware of it and was assured the issue would be taken care of.

They took the vehicle around the corner and did a half as*ed detail job and the purchase was completed. In the next week the sensor light continues to come on.

I kept putting air in the tires and the light would temporarily go off only to come back on again. I scheduled an appointment with their service depot. Upon inspection they found a huge nail on the edge of the tire, apparently it was causing a slow leak.

I made the service manager aware of it and he advised that I contact the dealership and they may reimbure me for the tire. I followed his instructions and submitted the invoice as well as the repair receipt.

I've been getting the run around for a solid month and counting. I was told a week, then someone is out of the office, somebody is out of town, etc etc etc. Its got to the pint now that they don't respond to my calls or emails.

It's a damm shame that these kind of places still exist. I tell you what though will the help of social media i'm going to do all I can to expose these people. They go the wrong person.

Auto Giants I purchase a 2016 Kia on June2018. I call to tell them I tags was about to to expired They told me to come in. So I thought I was getting my hard tags. So when I went it they told me they have to give me more paper tags. So I ask why were is my hard tags at. They told me that they have not sent my info to the DMV. I said all this time. So afte waits for about 1 hour I went to see what was the hold up. So they gave me some more paper tags. 30 days. Now them tags expired September 28 2018. So I call them about 2 days before they was going to expired. So lady said to me give me your phone number and my supervisor will call you that never happen. So I went there on September 28.2018 to tell them that my tags expired today and I don’t want to drive around with dead tags. So the guy I was talking to went to get the General manager . So we sent down he starts talking so Bull about the tags. I said all I wNt is my hard tags. Do this went on back and fourth. He told me if I get a ticket they will pay for it yea right. So he said I will call you on Monday went some kind of news. That was about 2 weeks ago and he still have not call me. So you guess it I am still driving on dead tags. I am tired of the Bull from them. If I got to go to the BBB I will do what I have to do because that’s not right how they do people. Nothing Temple Hills Maryland

March 28, 2017, I went to Auto Giants, 4400 Branch Avenue, Temple Hills, MD, to trade in my car for a used one. Jovan the sales person showed me a Camery hybrid, 2015. I liked the car at first sight. I bought the car but at the time of test driving it Jovan said the car had no accidents and showed me a carfax report that did not state accidents on it. The next day I noticed a noise coming from under the car and took it back. They could not find where the noise was coming from so I took one of them on a drive and he heard what I heard but thought it was the roof. I dropped the car off for repair but when they told me to pick it up the noise was still there. In all I went back and forth to them for repair at least 4 times but I was in and out of their building at least 9 times. The final time they took the car and kept it for 9 days. For six days I would call them to see if the car was finished and EACH day they would say "It will be finished about 5 oclock". They did not call to say it would not and they started to not answer their phones at all. I just happen to show up the 9th day and the car was just sitting outside with dust on the inside and outside of it like it had just been sitting, not being repaired. I called consumer affairs and was told to get Repair Reports for the car. When I asked for them the man typed one up right in front of me and gave me the one. I said I want all the Repair Reports for the car and was given two more that was quickly printed off. One of them was not mine. No reports? This is just an abriviated version of what I went through with them. I have a calendar of approximately how many times I went there and how many managers I spoke with but I did not start to keep an account on the calendar untill about the 10th of April. From then on I asked for a different car but was totally ignored. Never answered.

They pretended to repair the car holding it until time ran out on the limited warranty.
