Ordered what thought to be the sample bottle for $4.95 and the bottle was gone after few days of use, useless product as well. Noticed the charge of $89.71 on the account and when called to inquire about the charge were told we did not cancel after 14 days of trail. Told them we thought what was sent was a sample but the customer service stated the bottle will last 30 days. Informed that there is no way that small of bottle will last 30 days. Disputed the charge with credit card company but Aural claims since the order was not canceled after 14 days the charge is valid. Closed the account with this rip off company and will file a claim with BBB.
This company puts ads on facebook about skin care products. All the creams are the same just different names. Same jar and do not work. Then they charge your account but nothing in the orginal order of the trial size, states additional shipments or the price. Then you can not get a hold of them easily to cancel. Don't do it.
Aurora eye serum has billed me twice on the same day for 89.00 each for supplies I never ordered. The site said try the eye serum featured on shark tank. Get trail for 4.95. I did and one more for a 1.95. However I paid 36.00 for another product they sent I never ordered. The order site is very misleading. I called the support desk. They said no refunds. I told them to cancel my order all together. I told them I never signed up for this. I am scared now. I could not afford that.
I saw this on facebook and thought it would help my daughter so i ordered the trail size of aural face cream and last eyes serum they charge me 3.95 and 4.95 but they also charge me for vitamin crnwx 34.71 that i didn't ask for another 1.99 that was on top of the aural face cream that was 4.95. so there were 4 charges all together. why i don't know. than on 3/22/2017 they charged me 89.71 and 89.77 for these tiny bottles of nothing that oil of olay would do and do better. when called they state that if you didn't call to cancel within the stated time you would be charged the full amount! so in fact you are paying $190.00 for these tiny bottles of crap.
