I was contacted by a person named Robert Brazil at Asset Recovery Services about helping me collect on my past due accounts he was very rude and to the point but I did have a judgement that I had won and we discussed if it was possible to collect on even though it was 6 years old, he told me i have 10 years in california to collect so after a few days I decided to give them a try and after about 2 weeks I received a call stating that they found a bank acct with enough money to collect what I was owed but they needed legal fees in order to pursue it i told them no way I am not giving good money for bad money and after a long conversation and convincing they got me to pay the fees and to make a long story short i was very surprised that I got my judgement money that was owed to me plus they got my legal fees and interest back so I was very satisfied even though their tactics are different but they did what they said. I would recommend them and i will use them in the future.
Asset recovery services called me and wanted to represent me in recovering outstanding invoices for my business. They assured me they could track down and recover the money owed me by this particular individual. They called me several weeks latter and through their investigation they found the individual and said they could put a hold on his bank account which had $60,000 in it. They also needed$5800.00 from me to have lawyers file papers in court to hold this money. So I paid them the money. Many excuses later, I can't get a hold anybody at this company, their phones are no longer in service.
