I placed an order with Ashton Drake for a doll my 10 year duaghter wants for Christmas. It's the only thing she asked for this year and I saved for months to be able to afford it for her. At the time of purchase, December 16th, their site advertised there were still several more days to order to ensure delivery by Christmas. In addition to the purchase price, I was charged $17 for "express shipping." At the time of purchase, there was nothing on the website stating the item was on back order or not available for shipping by Christmas. However, once my order was placed and I checked the shipping status, the expected shipping date showed February 1-February 10. I contacted Ashton Drake via email about the issue. It took a almost 4 days to receive a response even though their site says they respond to customer service inquiries within 24 hours. The email, sent on December 24th, stated did not have the item I ordered in stock but hoped it would arrive by Christmas anyway.

Seriously?! I'm completely disgusted by the deceptive business practices of this company. It's unconscionable to advertise their collectibles will arrive by Christmas when they aren't even in stock. I have a 10 year old who is going to be completely disappointed on Christmas morning when she has almost no Christmas gifts to open because the one thing I saved up to buy for her isn't even coming for another 2 months. The only reason I haven't canceled the order is because the item isn't even listed on their site anymore and I promised my daughter she could have this monkey doll that no one else sells.

On December of last year I ordered a doll from them as a gift to my mother, but apperently no matter how hard I looked for that click option that said I would become part of a subscription plan there was none. Yet, it seems that they did not add an option to say you are only buying one doll because they automatically shove the subscription into you. I received the doll on time for Christmas but by January another was sitting at my post office, it is when I realized, yes, they kindl did me the favor to charge me $33 dollars for an unwanted item.

Upon messaging them I waited for 2 weeks for an answer that said I had been removed from the subscription plan and to return the doll. YEY! Not. I returned the doll and asked for my refund. No refund came, instead I am STILL being charged for an item I do not have.

This company has poor costume services. All was well, really, I never had issues and now I see why people complain so much of it. I can't seem to get free of their bloodsucking snare now. I just simply want them to stop charging me and refund me for an item I returned. There is poor costumer service here, and just a complete led in to steal people's money.

I ordered a little doll from this company. I am to make 3 payments. I made the first one, and they cashed my check. I have never heard another word from them. I have 2 toll free numbers for them, but neither of them work. The company cashed my check a month ago. I have email them, but no response yet.

I would recommend that you NOT give them your credit or debit card. I have not received another bill or any news about when my order will ship.

This company has the poorest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I do most of my shopping on the internet and from catalogues, but this company will no longer get any of my business.
