Mr ashkan derakhshan called us for electrical work after 3 day work 3 worker. He nor even paid one pany very becarefull with this guy and many of customer told me he never pay Nobody .after he use u he will blame you damage my chair or table and never pay .

This crook is posing as a real estate agent when I have now found out he lost his real estate license!! What a SCAMMER and FRAUD. I was going to rent an apartment, he took money for my credit report and then suddenly the apartment wasn't available. When I finally did more homework I found out the apartment was never for rent in the first place!!! Now I find out is real name is not even Ashton and it is Ashkan Derakhshan and he PERMANENTLY LOST HIS REAL ESTATE LICENSE years ago because he was caught ripping people off doing the same thing to me and others. The government even called him a public safety risk and i now find he has a long criminal history. STAY AWAY.
