We’re asking for your help to present my story on your network. I, Martin Lujan, am a quadriplegic from a motorcycle accident on 09/28/16, husband, father of identical twin 3 year old boys, 15 year old daughter, and 17 year old son. We have been dealing with Javier Puga at Aquascape Pools LLC since July of last year to construct a pool for Martin’s therapy and concrete around the whole house to allow wheelchair accessibility. There has been nothing but delays, strain on our relationship, no accessibility for Martin to exit the house for months, hazardous pool hole not allowing us to go to backyard, and now bad concrete in the backyard. We have made various attempts to deal with the contractor, but no change on his part. We are now filing a claim against his bond and CSLB, but this is another 2 to 18 month delay to find some sort of resolution, and recoup some funds. We ask for you to run our story to put urgency on our case, not only for Martin’s health and safety, but for our family as well.
