I said not interested. Two days later they called again. Same thing, due to their policy it was not in my interest paying $20 per call if they not guarantee customer appointment. Three days later they called third time saying they will not charge if service not provided. I open an account they get my credit card. Few days later get four calls. One of them was scheduled, three were phone conversation without scheduling an appointments due to asking an advice. I was charged $80 for nothing. Many people call through their website because company market their business on top of google search results. But it's not always end up on scheduling a service. Called their customer service who refused to refund money based on their policy that was different when their agent soliciting business from me.
