Last year I purchased a refrigerator from Appliance Factory Outlet thinking that this company might have improved since a bad experience a number of years earlier.

The earlier bad experience was with a Maytag washer and dryer and purchased Appliance Factory Outlet extended warranty with the deal. When warranty service was required for the Maytag washer, Appliance Factory informed me that they no longer honor that extended warranty program because their underwriter was out of business. That should have been their problem and not mine.

The sign outside the Parker location store states, "We Crush the Competition."

Inside the showroom a banner stated "Free Delivery." I couldn't find any deals with respect with pricing, so the salesman offered a good deal on a blemished refrigerator that had scratches on a side panel. The warehouse was dimly lit so I couldn't get a really good look at the front which is what you see when it is installed. I was informed that the "free delivery" did not apply to my purchase for whatever the reason and when they delivered the refrigerator, it had visible scratches on the front and made a loud racket. I called to have the frig picked up and ended up paying to have it returned and had a hassle getting credited. They finally did credit my card (less delivery and return delivery) after I called my charge card bank.

I ended up purchasing the same model from for less money and received an undamaged refrigerator. I recomment purchasing appliances from a reputable company such as or .

At the time of sale They requested an additional $100.00 delivery and set up charge which I paid in spite of the fact that their normal charge for delivery and set up is $35.00. At the time of purchase I indicated to sales people and management that I would not be able to take delivery until Saturday October 15 as I would be in town that week then traveling to Tombstone Arizona then back in Denver on Thursday October 13. THEY SAID THAT DELIVETY WAS RUNNINGBSEVERAL WEEKS BEHIND AND WERE CERTAIN THAT DELIVERY COULD BE MADE ON October 15, 2016. They said I would get a call in a couple of weeks from the delivery Dept.

I received a phoneessage on September 30, 2016 saying that they scheduled my delivery for October a time when I would be traveling out of state. I called the number they left on my phone and spoke to an individual. a male person who was totally intractable . rude. non gentlemanally and idiotic. Who said emphatically that he was going to charge me an additional $10.00 dollars per day storage fee for a total of $15.00 day plus other fees for delivery on Saturday. I told this idiot that I had a signed contract and he and his store was in violation of the contract. He then told me that If I showed up at his store to complain an make a scene that he would get a " baseball bat aftef me. Threatening to assualt me. I am a retired disabled gentleman who bought two appliances from this store in good faith.

I hung up after tellung this idiot that he needed to delivrr when in fact I would be home per terms of the agreement and contract. after I took several deep breathes and calmed down. I called the number back and was told by another person that the manager was canceling my sale. This company has a report line that they call a presidents hotline. I called that line four times and left four messages attempting to resolve the matter. I have never received a call back. In the meantime this company has fraudulently charged my credit card $1200.00 without delivery of the appliances in question. They have my money and I don't have any appliances.
