I bought a mystery box which is a random styles of 3 dad hats. I spent 10 dollars on the box and 6 dollars for shipping. A apparent decent deal at the time because everything was 5 dollars. 2 weeks go by and my product hasnt come so i contact them via email on the status of my email, no response. Another week goes by making this 3 weeks, i contact again and still no response. Now its been almost 4 weeks and still no response and no product. Dont buy from them, they are scammers.
I placed an order for multiple items and a month later I still hadn't received it. This company charges $10 for standard shipping and either takes forever or never ships your items. I tried emailing and received no response. I even tried reaching out to them on social media and still got nothing. You can see several other complaints which they do try to delete quickly about other never receiving items or responses to emails. They do not provide a customer service number or an area on the website to track your order. This is a huge scam and you will spend your money and and never receive the items nor responses. Beware! Shop elsewhere!
