Busting butt for little money, no benefits, office people get benefits such as health insurance paid leave sick leave paid holidays while the ones who work the hardest and are the face of the company get spit on everyday. To be apart of a company who cares so little for their employees that do all the ground work is so disgusting. They have stolen money out of employees pockets, have refused bonuses to the field techs and have taken away the only thing they had left which were raises.
My spouse has been working for the company for almost 4 years now with the same amount of pay and nothing to show for their hard work. I would not recommend working for this company at all because they do not take care of the employees that actually do the work and keep the company going. Without techs, there would be no Apollo, and without my spouse, who has gotten raving reviews from Lowes and everyone and every store they have worked in, the company would not be standing.
I am sick and tires of watching my loved one go through everything they have gone through and am now going public about the treatment of all tech employees.
