I signed up for the free service, which was mostly useless, forgot to cancel in time by 2 days after not using it a single time for a meeting, then was billed and dealt with patronizing customer service people who refused to reverse the charges because I didn't cancel in time. Well, the letter of the law is on their side, as with many companies that use predatory billing(AOL style). But it's still a business model based on deliberately taking someone's money throgh trickery. I got no service or product, had my money taken, and then got a bunch of time wasted not only trying to get the charge reversed but trying to get my account permanently deleted, which they refuse to do at all. Another fly by night internet startup looking to make a quick buck by scamming people. Avoid.
