I purchased 3 test kits. Activated the code as instructed for 1 and mailed it off. Never received test results. Called them and they said the kit was activated by a different email account. They verified I am the person that purchased the kit. But they told me they could not provide me any information on the kit test results, not even an email address affiliated with the kit activated. I requested a refund since they are not willing to provide me with a solution for a test kit they seemed to have lost. They arrogantly refused to refund or provide any solution. This call center in the Philippines, which has access to my sensitive and financial information told me too badly. I can hear roosters crowing in the background. I filed a dispute with Discover. Discover held the charge even though ancestry NEVER RESPONDED to them and Discover NEVER requested any additional documentation. I am considering taking this to a small claims court and will file complaints. And will continue to bring awareness to this arrogant scamming company.
They charged my bank account without any information for me I do not understand if I have no payment information logged in on the site which I checked, that they somehow can get my account and routing number from my bank and charge me very disturbing. I assume the breaking the law. Thank you.
