Ordered a solar birdbath fountain...paid thru paypal...money has been debited from my bank account...I have NOT received my order. Have tried calling the number found on google...I get a voice message that states they're not open ... their hours are 7:30am to 4pm Mon-Fri. Eastern time
I have called during the that time and still getting the same message...you have no option to leave a message...it just hangs up.

I ordered a back support brace from AN &Associates on line from a photograph on facebook, a mail order company they sent me an email stelling me the product was on its way, 3 months later it finally arived, I took it out of the envelope then threw it away, a flimsily made piece of elastic that would not fit a 10 year old, Pay Pal refused to pay me back my money, the company offered once to mail me another I told them no! I want my money back
I have since been reading about this company, they seem to specialize in small order items, at a lower price so when they scam clients out of their money its a relatively small amount that will be easier to lose than recoup. Scam artists beware!
I bought a SENWOW 1080 Dash Cam from AN & Associates. Out of the box, it did not work. I returned the product certied mail/return receipt, R. Brown signed for it weeks ago and I have not heard from them and have not received a refund.

A letter with my issues and all my contact information accompanied the return. I have not been contacted or have not received a refund for this defective product.
