Community Capitol Bank knew that 127 offices of American Laser Skincare were facing bankruptcy and still pushed financing for their loans to pay for spa packages.
I bought spa packages to help my friend out who was manager at American Laser Skincare. She worked in a high pressure sales environment at American Laser Skincare. She needed sales. So I bought spa packages. She was just as surprised as I was when she was told by the CEO of American Laser Skincare that she had 5 minutes to clear out her desk and leave the office where she worked as a manager for two years.
I completed all Community Capitol Banks paperwork explaining how many spa packages I bought and could not complete because American Laser Skincare offices were closed for business. NO alternative spa locations were provided to complete services I took out loan for with Community Capitol Bank.
I explained to Community Capitol Bank I was not in a position to pay for services I did not receive and NO alternative offices were provided by American Laser Skincare or Community Capitol Bank to complete spa services.
127 Nationwide American Laser Skincare offices were closed with untold number of customers now facing Credit Collection Agency contacting them for payment on debt.
Plus Community Capitol Bank compounds interest plus made an error in their favor. Community says I owe $880. I spent time and patience explaining my calculation $573 balance. Please see attached email.
This place Ripped me Off !! They closed down and didn't even finished services on me. And didn't ever said anything about closing down and couldn't even have the courtesy to give me a refund for the services that weren't finished.
