After 6 months of trying to have a defective love seat replaced. Contacting the Manager Sylvester several times and only getting excuses contacting their website and never geting return calls or emails and trying to go all the way to thetop and not being allowed to speak to any executive management, I have decided to make it my mission to ensure that no one I know or even dont know ever ahops at this rip off store. The furniture is cheap and worthless and the staff are trained con artists.

April 5, 2018 I financed a sectional and a queen bed. April 6, 2018 I asked to have it delivered. Delivery was $95, just to get it delivered, once they got there no furniture was set up. All they did was drop it of in a box and leave, so I’m not sure what I paid them for. As we set up the furniture, two of the legs (one leg on each sectional) did not screw in properly, it was malfunction, the screw inside the sofa itself was a different size from the others.

My bed railing doesn’t even touch the floor so I have no support under my bed. I was told I didn’t need a box spring for the bed that was sold to me which was a lie. I called the exact same day and told them what the problem was. The woman who sold it to me said she would call me back tomorrow after speaking with her manager. She never called me, so I called back the next day before closing and she acted like she doesn’t remember anything we discussed the day before.

Gave me the same answer about speaking to her manager again, she called back and told me to email pictures. I emailed them shortly after our conversation. I never heard back from them. Meanwhile this has already been a week and I am speaking with the finance company about what is going on with the furniture. Fast forward to a month later; The finance people (even two different supervisors, along with other employees) have reached out numerous times (calls, email, text) to the furniture place, sometimes they get ignored and when they finally reach someone they either act like they don’t know what going on or get told the same lie they’re telling us.

We went into the actual store today (May 3, 2018) and spoke with a manager. Once again we was told that they would switch out a whole new sectional that will be delivered the same day. Once again no one showed up and we was not contacted at all. We called them before closing and was told that it takes awhile for the delivery to come, which unfortunately they never showed up. So I have yet to receive anything from these people.

I have ask numerous times to give me a discount or take the furniture back because I don’t want this on my credit but basically the way the contract is set up and with a manager basically laughing in my face I was told the broken furniture is not the store problem anymore once we purchased it. So really they could care less about the piece of crap they sold me.

Beware if you purchase products from this store you will not be notified that all sales are final. We went to shop and found the couches we wanted, They did not have the couch we wanted so the manager phoned another store and got into a yelling fight with the other store manager standing in front of us, we had to wait for over 45 minutes and the other store had not called back. We took the love seat home and it was very uncomfortable, I contacted the manager and was told "all sales are final" No sign anywhere in the store and we were not told this. After i looked at the receipt there i found the all sales are final. This should be verbalized to customers and signs should be up to make customers aware.

I saw an advertisement on television about a sale they were having. One of the sale's were where you got two complete mattress sets for $298.00, they were supposed to be brand name furniture so I thought that maybe they got a deal on closeouts and got to the store when they first opened. I was told by the manager that they were a box spring with a 4inch matress on top. These were a joke, and the quality was not even there, it was like a piece of batting with a cover, and they had no cover on them except the plastic. I was then told that they had none in stock, and would have to order some.

Also, they were supposed to have a sofa sectional with a dinette set with chairs, and they again showed beter quality merchandise on the t.v. ad. Again they also did not have any of the sofa's in stock and only one dinette set, which was deplorable. The price was only 498.00 for the sets. It was ridiculous. The manager said he called his district manager, and he said that they ould be getting some in stock in the next few weeks.

I have bought a lot of furniture in my life, and this was the dirtiest store I have ever been in, also was very upset that they had nothing that they had advertised in the first place.I SUGGEST THAT NOBODY GO TO THESE STORES, AND THEY CAN CLOSE THEM ALL.

This is it Furniture has better furnitire than this place, and at least you know what you are getting, they do not use the old "Bait and Switch" tactics to get people in the doors. Please beware of anything that you purchase ftom this place, better yet do not buy anything from them in the first place.

Bought over $2,700 in furniture from Josh,boy he was so easy to get hold of when I bought the furniture and when I had complaints, you could never get him.I sat in the parking lot calling and they lied saying he wasn't there, when he was sitting with a couple people.The furniture bought in May, broke, set up wrong and had to call Josh.They picked up and dropped off again.However whoever does their setting up, didn't drill the tables right, so they are wobbly.Now, the furniture had bedbugs cant get hold of Josh.The only time he communicated was when corporate told him to,he never did.I went into the store Again, and he said he would swith out the bad furniture.Said he had another set in different color and had to wait for it to come in.This was 3 weeks ago.I told him come pick up this furniture, I don't want it and give me a refund.

His smart mouth in text, gives me corporate number to deal with, saying he is waiting on a truck, yes, well I was waiting to, Since may and it is now July. I want a full refund, & told him then he can come get this infested furniture, once I am issured a full refund. His response? Waiting for a truck...yeah right.Such Liars..I am a senior on a fixed income and feel I am taken advantage of.I want him to get this garbage out of my home immediately.
