Ocwen has refused a loan modification per the Attorney General National Settlement, U. S. District Court lawsuit. Instead, sent Altisource Property Preservations to break in to my home removing locks off of the front security, front and entrance doors to my home.

The debt collection harassment started after my loan was transferred from Litton Loan Servicing, LP another horrible predatory loan servicer to Ocwen. Right after I filed a RESPA letter disputing predatory loan terms is when Ocwen began criminally trespassing onto my property, burgalarizing the home removing doors, locks and breaking windows to tale unlawful possession of my home. This has been going on since 2011 and just today, June 28, 2016.

Ocwen tends to conduct break ins and files foreclosures around holidays to catch homeowners off guard. My home was vandalized by them near Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July and Father's day.

This is deliberately done to cause emotional distress based on reports that Ocwen uses behavorial scientists to monitor their customers behavioral patterns.

The criminal trespass can happened if you are in the home or not, it doesn't matter because Ocwen has no regard for the rule of law and breaks the law anytime it pleases without filing proper foreclosure court actions, Writ of Possessions, ignores foreclosure mediation procedures, does not properly notify all mortgagors listed on the loan and still refuses to do loan modifications as they have been so ordered under consent by federal court judge.

Ocwen has scheduled two foreclosure sales in February and a few days ago on June 16, 2016. I complained to the Maryland Attorney General's Office and filed a formal complaint regarding lack of cooperation with the loan modification, criminal trespass and other foreclosure fraud abuses. The attorney general ordered Ocwen to stop the auction sale. A few days afterwards Ocwen retaliates by trying to take illegal possession of my home, putting a "LOCK BOX" on my door to keep me out of my home.

Their behavior is unlawful, outrgageous and it is mindboggling that Ocwen would defy the attorney generals directive by coming onto the property to take possession of the home after they instructed them to cease and desist the auction sale.

More corruption, namely insurance fraud, Ocwen contacted my own homeowner's insurance company that I pay monthly premiums too and demanded they cancel my insurance policy. Ocwen then turns around and trys to put force place insurance on my home with American Assurity in the amount of $2,100 which is (3) times the amount of $800.00. Now Ocwen turns around and said you need insurance. Even more harassment, Ocwen's agents vandalized the home and filed a claim with my insurance company demanding they pay them money without my permission making the check out to them.

I blame the federal government because they encourage through state programs banks, lenders and mortgage companys to steal homes that are in foreclosure disregarding the rights of the homeowners. Most of the homes that are being wrongfully stolen were not new home or money purchase sales, but home equity or refinances that elderly people had equity built up over 20 to 50 years.

Wall Street criminals devise predatory sub prime loan schemes to rob, steal and cheat purposely targeting majority women, African Americans, elderly, disabled and other minority groups out of their homes.

Altisource broke into my house and stole all of my personal and business property. I only learned it was Altisource because they left signs with their phone numbers, which enabled me to track down who broke into my house. They admitted their employees had entered my house on multiple occasions, but refused to say exactly when, why or who entered. I filed a complaint on line with a company ombudsman online and received a call back from someone named Celeste Ingram. She identified herself as the ombudsman. She said she would investigate and get back with me. She called back and demanded I tell her the dates of loss of my property. I told her that they had no authorization to be in my house and I would not engage a discussion with her over the missing contents of my house. I just wanted my property returned. She told me Altisource had pictures of the inside of my house and demanded I tell her what they removed and file a claim of loss date. This was not an insurance matter, but a crime, as I had never heard of this company. She was trying to get information from me to cover their tracks.

I informed her that at no time did Altisource have legal authority to enter into my private residence, change locks, take pictures and remove my possessions. It was clear that Altisource was aware that they illegally entered my home, based on their efforts to hide information and cover up their crime. In my ongoing investigatin to get to the bottom of this home invasion and burglary, I have learned that Altisource shares a CEO with OCWEN. William B. Shepro. Mr. Shepro was appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Altisource in August 2009. Mr. Shepro previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ocwen Solutions at Ocwen. He previously served as President of Global Servicing Solutions, LLC, a joint venture between Ocwen and Merrill Lynch, from 2003 until 2009. He joined Ocwen in 1997. Mr. Shepro serves on the board of Altisource. His relationship with OCWEN presents itself as a major conflict of interest. Apparently OCWEN and Altisource have quite a fraudulent housing racket going, illegally entering into residences and stealing their personal effects. My house is in an area that is being gentrified. They have been taking senior citizens and others' homes in an effort to move certain people back into the city. My house is a historic house and is right in the middle of their plans to take over that area. Upon information and belief, Altisource teamed up with certain entities that have been snatching homes in the area where my house is located and attempted to snatch my home under illegal, false and fraudulent pretenses. It appears that this is an organized crime ring because of the manner that they entered my house.

This company uses its vendors for a nominal fee of lowest of 25.00 to complete a broker price options that can be miles away and over 6 to 8 hours drive.

Once you have completed the assignments, they pull all kinds of tricks to NOT pay their vendors. Stay away and do not work for this company. You won't get paid.

I signed a lease in April of this year. Part of my lease agreement was that a refrigerator was included. I did a walk through the day before move in and was told it would be delivered that same day. It literally took nearly two weeks to have a refrigerator delivered. Not to mention every time you call maintenance you are placed on hold for no less than fifteen minutes...and I am not exaggerating. We were forced to utilize a mini fridge to sustain us. Keep in mind I have an eleven month old & a two year old. We were forced to eat out for the duration of that time period because we could not properly store food. In addition to this problem the house had no hot water which took over a week for them to repair. My family had to literally heat water on a stove simply to bathe our children & ourselves. After this issue half the power in our kitchen went out rendering us unable to use our stove. Thankfully the refrigerator did not go out, and once again this repair took over a week. Are you seeing the trend? They have repeatedly sent out the same contractor, even when I have specifically asked to not have this vendor back on the property. The vendor utilized is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have repeatedly lied about the repairs they did. Meaning reporting jobs as complete and never actually even showing up to do the work. The vendor showed up unannounced at nine PM one night, & then came unannounced on a Sunday, to do a repair. I politely asked them to leave and come back at an appropriate time. On the last repair I reported this same vendor once again reported a task as complete yet had not performed any wotk. Then once I called in to report this the vendor shows up and attempted to give my wife a hundred dollars to remove our complaint with the company. Who does that? What Type Of Shady individual does something such as this? If you are considering an Altisource property run...and run fast in the opposite direction. Save yourself the frustration and irritation of dealing with incompetent individuals who do not care about their tenants.

Altisource is the worst property company I've ever dealt with and also the worst company overall, ever. Terrible customer service. Terrible maintenance procedures. Dishonest, evasive, ignorant employees and contractors. I cannot get ahold of anyone. No one calls back.

Their listing agent required a full deposit in order to show us the home, which is against Altisource's own company policy. There was significant existing mold that we discovered during the inspection. Every plumbing connection in the kitchen leaked due to their incompetent remodel. They left moldy water in the carpet of this house, with my 4 year old and 1 year old, for over two weeks before even sending out an evaluation team. Almost a month later, repairs did not even start due to Altisource not approving contractors. My wife and kids have lived with my parents 1,000 miles away for a month and in a tiny hotel room for over a month because of Altisource's incompetence, negligence, and active maliciousness.

TX State law says that a reasonable amount of time to complete health and safety related repairs is 7 days. It took over 60 days, and we finally said enough is enough. We emailed them to terminate our lease. They waited two weeks to respond to our request, but backdated the termination request, leaving me with two weeks to move all of my property out of the house and find new living accommodations.

They also refused to refund my pre-paid first month's rent, even though we never even moved into the house, let alone lived there. Stay away from this company at all costs. Do not trust them with your family or your money. They took $3,420 from me and made my family homeless for 2.5 months. The fact that they paid for us to live in a hotel for a month is NOT compensation. It is not equivalent. It is an inconvenience, a health hazard, and an insult.

All I want is a safe and clean house for my kids to live in. I gave Altisource a lot of money, and far too much time and patience. In return, they have given me nothing but hardship and loss. Not only is this hurting me and my wife, it is really hurting my 4 year old and 1 year old sons, who have not had their own beds in almost three months. My 4 year old cries and says he wants to fix the broken house. He just wants to have a house to live in, and Altisource has ensured that things will be very difficult for us in the near future.
