Alpha Prime Elite Reviews

The advertised deal is to pay shipping only for their products, a 14 day trial supply, which are $4.95 and $4.99, depending on the product you choose. What they do not initially tell you is that they are putting you into a subscription type of service and will be billing your credit card for around $90 for each product after 14 days and subsequently every month thereafter about $90 for each product. When you contact their customer support line, the automated system will locate your account and then tell you that you can either keep the products for 50% of the original price and cancel your subscription... or... you can keep the product and continue your subscription for the $90 per month beginning 14 days after you received your trial products. There is no option for cancelling without paying more. After digging around thru the voice promats, and waiting more than 5 minutes on hold, you will reach a representative who cannot find your account without asking for every bit of personal info you used to make the original order.. Once they locate your account, they offer the same options as the automated system. Only after getting mad and forcing them to find another option do they tell you that you can cancel from this point forward and that no further charges or shipments will occur. You will be put on hold for a moment while they "talk to their supervisor" to offer you discount after discount after discount. I had to get even madder and cut her off every time to tell her to discontinue the subscription, period!

I ordered a Free trial test for a shipping and handling cost only for the supplement it had claims and reviews that were positive. I later found out when checking my credit card statement that I had been charged three different times for the Free trial test . There never was a copy of the agreement sent with the product just a shipping invoice . I called customer support was told that there was nothing to Be done because I didn't cancel in the fourteen day trail time period . The ad on the Internet is very deceptive it looks like you're at the end of the process but you have to scroll down further to see the important details that you are on the hook for more than the original Free trial . This company is preying on men who have a medical condition and charging more than the E.D medicine cost in the process.

This company is a scam. When you sign up for a trial product, they automatically sign you up for a "subscription" without your consent. Do not purchase anything from them. All they want is your money.

I've only ordered 2 supplements from their website, and now they're charging me. They're now charging me with other supplement products that I didn't order. I'm now being charged with nearly $400. I need this to stop!

I recently purchased two products from Alpha Prime . It was supposed to be for 2 trial periods at $4.95/each. However, i have been charged $89.99 for each product.

I contacted them and they told me that I had agreed to the terms and conditions when I purchased the trial products.  I however, did not agree to these terms at all. There was nothing on their site that indicated I would be charged $89.99 after 14 days. There were no prices posted anywhere, besides the trial dollar amounts. I specifically even looked for this type of verbiage.

I contacted the company and they told me that they would not refund my money. They told me all they could do was cancel my membership (which I NEVER signed up for in the first place) and no further shipments or charges will occur.

I feel they are a misleading and irreputable company. Their marketing practices are inexcusable.

I ordered the product, after trying it I determined it would not work for me. I called to return the product and have my money refunded. Was told I didn't cancel on the 14th day it was 15 days. The only way they will refund your money of 89.00 a bottle, is if it is in the original packaging that it came in through the mail, unopened. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused.

I was one of the many victims of this internet scams. I was lured into ordering a trial of testostrone pills and upsold at check out for nitric pills for a charge of $4.95 and $4.99 respectively. Hidden in the terms was a statement that if I wanted to cancel the recurring charge to my account I had to call back before 14 days. I did not notice this until my account was charged and learned of this. I called my bank and disputed the charges and my bank reversed the charges-this was on 3/14/17. I called and told them to cancel the order at the same time.

On April 14 my account again had 2 charges 0f $89.95 and $89.99 again. I called them again and the operator tried to strong arm and would not let me cancel, when I insisted and wanted my money back she tried to negociate with me for a partial refund-after argueing with her for several minutes I was able to get a full refund. Today my account was charged again because they disputed my bank dispute and was charged again. I called them again and I was told that because you went to your bank and not us we WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I lost $179.94 and they are a scam and they are taking innocent publics money . BEWARE.

This company advertises free products during their hidden trial period of 14 days. Their records show they shipped the 2-items to me on 4/15/17. I called them on 4/29 (the 14th day of the trial period) when I noticed two separate full charges on my credit card account: $89.99 & $89.95 posted on 4/29. This company refused to refund my money eventhough the contact was made on the 14th day. Reading from other customer reviews about this company, these other customers had similar problems and we felt 'this company is very creative with scamming people. Ipu Fafai SLC Utah

They have a free trail, that they say only cost you $4.95 shipping, but then they ship and bill for 2 supliments, whith about $20 charges. To make matters worse, they auto ship the following month and that credit card bill is about $100.

Total scam, reported them for fraud to my credit card company. They will not issue return authorization.

Through the EPSN app on my phone, I seen an article about the famous MMA fighter Conor McGregor. The article was linking him to possibly using "human enhancement summplements that were still legal". At the end of the article about McGregor, the writer explained how he then went on to use the supplements himself wondering if they really worked. The writer went to explain his workout schedule and use of the product. Showing a large amount of improvement over the span of a month or so, I figured I could use the help myself. That on top of the fact that I learned of the product through EPSN! I figured ESPN wouldn't lead me wrong. I'm still unsure to this day if the article I read was actually through the EPSN app or it opened in my internet browser without me somehow knowing. Either way, I went on to order the 2 "supplements", Alpha Prime Elite Testosterone Advantage and Alpha Prime Elite Nitric Oxide Vascular Pump.

Each being $5 a piece for what I THOUGHT was a one time charge. A month and a half later I receive 2 charges, each $94 and change! I call the 1 (855) 724-3760 number and find out they had also charged me $89 twice two weeks after the original $5 charges. Turns out they subscribed me to their "service" 14 days after those $5 charges. They refunded me 75% off the two $94 charges, but said they couldn't do anything about the $89 charges due to it being past 30 days. They also blamed me, explaining how it was my fault for accepting their "terms of agreement" when I made the original $5 purchases. I feel completely scammed! I don't remember any terms of agreement, nor was there any apparent subscription being set up. I was under the impression I was testing out the products for $10 ($5 each).

Alpha Prime Elite "Free Trial" scam. Please proceed with caution, as nothing more than a mid level business that tries sucking you in to their product through loop holes. I had stumbled across a promising web page (limitedtrial.alphaprimeelite.com/bst/rb2cm2_lo/?affid=4142&s2=27z9bt9eg7wf&s1=#), that promotes a "FREE trial". You pay $13.95 right off the bat, just to have product delivered.... which should have been the deal breaker for me. Me being who I am figured.... well I do understand noting is "really free". I proceeded purchasing the "Free Trial" on Feb 6th. My order shipped on Feb 8th, and delivered on Feb 15th. Mind you, I read the agreement that the trial would be based off a trial period that would allow product to deliver to PA from CA, and give me time to use. No... that's where the gimmic is. The joke is really on you once you hit submit. Your "Free Trial" starts on the day you click submit to place your order.... and is free for 10 days, INCLUDING weekends. You can do the math. I got the product on Day 9, and had a $89.95 charge, plus a $33.95 charge for my first months subscription the VERY next morning. Let's step back and see how much you've spent vs. the amount of product you've ever really even got to try. That's right, you're in $137.85 by the time you've even received your product, and your "Free Trial" is already over. A formal complaint will also be made with the better business Bureau.

Upon contacting Alpha Prime Elite, I requested to return to them their sealed product, while still paying for the $13.95 and any freight charges additional to get there (for my own stupidity). I did however want refunded the $89.95 charge, as well as the $33.95 charge, and was advised they offer a zero return policy, and also advised at that time the trial date starts from the day of purchase. They then continue swindling you, offering different promotions... They really just don't get it. It's ashame that they probably make a KILLING in cash based on what is nothing more than a well dressed promotional scam. Buyer beware!
